For us, the barrier-free access to the apartment was important, which was also guaranteed to the lake but only to a limited extent. A nearby lido created a good remedy. Landlord was very friendly and the view of Velden and the lake was great.

Apartment is functional and well located. Facilities very good. The only drawback are the separate beds.
