The rooms were pathetic, as you enter the room it was stinking, staffs were rude, bathroom latches were broken the floors are slippery

the hotel floor was not clean when we entered, the bathroom was constantly spelling bad, no complimentary water was kept , we had to ask for it all the time,
housekeeping staff came for cleaning only when we were in the room. the worst was the owner himself , who doesn't know how to talk to his customers. the worst experience we ever had of a hotel. they only want the business but not customer satisfaction at all. it reflects badly. thanks 🙏

Rooms were not maintained clean, washroom was sting smell, no clean towels, bedspread worst. Staff expect gift all times but in service one of the poorest.

Bad flooring, dirty bed sheets and pillows, exhaust in the bathroom not working, ac water leaking, unhygienic washroom. No maintenance done for a long time.

The experience was truly horrible. It was a family trip, i had booked an ac room, with an extra mattress. Upon reaching the place, they gave us a stinky room with white stained sheets. When i asked for a different room, i was asked to pay 1000rs to upgrade. We paid for it to avoid a hassle. And then when we asked for the extra mattress which was paid for already, they asked for an additional 500rs. Truly horrible experience

I recently stayed at golden sand in velankanni and was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The bedsheets were stained and smelled of sweat, the toilet was dirty with visible stains, and the carpet was filthy with dust and dirt. The hotel's lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I expect a basic level of cleanliness, especially in areas that directly impact my health and well-being.
