I had an extremely disappointing experience with this booking. Firstly, the room provided was far from what one would expect of a Super Deluxe category—poorly maintained and had a terrible odor. Secondly, I booked for 4 people, yet the hotel staff insisted that breakfast for children would need to be paid separately, which was never mentioned anywhere. Adding to the frustration, they only provided two ₹180 coupons for breakfast and said we had to manage within that amount. This was neither communicated beforehand nor reasonable. When I reached out to your customer support, the response was shockingly unhelpful. The executive informed me there was nothing they could do and advised me to bear the additional charges. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A family holiday has turned into a deeply unpleasant experience
