Great Location, just a few minutes walk to Varkala Beach and North Cliff. Its Value for money, but rooms are small and bit dated. Bathrooms are small with basic sub standard toiletries. Breakfast buffet is average but Dosa and other south Indian dishes were good. Outside sitting area adjacent to restaurant was covered with a net with bird droppings This property seriously need maintenance and renovation.

Its a decent hotel and is located right at varkala beach, just 2 mins walk.north cliff and jagannath temples ate also at walking distances. The property is but old and age shows in the rooms. Breakfast has many option and everything tastes good. Service needs a bit of improvement and checkin time also needs to be faster.

This a nice place to spend time with family. You can see from your window seat. Which we liked a lot. From hotel it's 2 minutes distance. Rooftop resturent is a added advantage which makes our stay more pleasant. We also enjoy the swimming pool. Even kids have 1. 5 feet hight swimming pool. Breakfast was nice. Food quality is average.

Location is good. Hygiene is good. Food is average according to my taste. Only thing that bothers me is i feel cheated as at the time of booking i opted for breakfast and lunch/dinner and paid higher price but when i reached my booking detail was not showing lunch dinner instead for paying higher price they gave extra bed which i haven’t selected as it is not required. So that is the most disappointing thing. Though the main staff is helpful but guards are very rude i asked swimming pool guard whether i can go in the pool with my son in casual clothes he rudely denied i accepted as it was written that swimsuit is required but then i saw other people going to pool in casual clothes. Also when my son was enjoying in the pool he rudely told him not to make noise as if we came to classroom and not for holidays. If this dinner blunder doesn’t happened with me hotel for the stay is very nice

Horrible property Dim lights Old AC which needs maintenance Landlines not working Food quality is poor not serving fresh food. Room has paint issues need maintenance Bedsheets, Blankets and Towels are just horrible as they were very old and dirty.

The only person made me felt okay by visiting this hotel was Krshna. The rest of staffs were friendly and not welcoming us at all. Especially the morning receptionist and bag potter Ajith. Sigh, even the guard was sleeping in the sofa at midnight. Quite worrying. Breakfast was okay
