Black Beach Resort

I booked the standard non AC room which condition was worst to hell light was not working rome wasn't clean. Found some cockroaches dead and there was no ceiling fan.There was just a table fan one fan was not working, floor was cracked .And I paid for this room for 2nights and then I upgraded to AC room, by paying 1750 extra which was quit neat comparatively. And the restaurant inside this resort is worst. The food is also worst, very bad test. The hospitality is worse to the core. We have to call them for everything like spoon, water, tissue, sausue to take the order, and the food is also very expensive, it's not good in terms of taste also. Very bad experience, try to take AC. Room and do not eat in the Restaurant inside the resort.

Nice stay excellent view from resort user friendly staff they gave proper guidance about the place overall good

No early checkin since they didn’t receive any notice from mmt and very average room with water leak in ceiling. No tv No water regularly trying to get upgraded room which is additional payment and not available

I went to this resort for 2 days stay and I must say it was a disastrous experience.Right from the checkin they provided a room which was so small that an extra bed didn't even fit. The rooms were so unhygenic and there were hardly 2 electric socket ( one was not working). They have us an defective electric kettle while switching it on, the power went off. No Geyser at all. Worst part is their restaurant. The restaurant says they hardly have 4 to 5 items from a list of 50 in menu card. Their excuse is that they have one chef to manage to all orders. Wait time of order was 50 mins to 1 hour. It was such a bad experience for us. Apart from location of resort , all the experience were horific. Won't recommend anyone especially families with kids. Zero star rating if I had an option.

Worst experience ever in any resort in my life time. Room provided by them was very dirty. Walls of the room are full of stain. There are no water heater, shower and Floor Mat(They will provide the towel to fold and use it as floor mat). we were always feel bad smell in the room. There are no proper response from the reception for our complaints and they are not ready to change the room. cost of the food in restaurants are too much and we have to wait for an hour to receive the food. there are lot of resorts near by beach. this is the worst one among them.

Never ever going to suggest this place to anyone. These ppl just entertain foreigners. Receptionist is very rude , both men and female receptionist, horrible experience
