The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino

My family and I visited the Zuri between Christmas and New Year 2024, it’s our fourth visit and truly the stay gets better with time. We travel with a child with learning difficulties and the staff always made him and us feel welcome. The food was truly superb with a special thanks to Sunder and Lalit for looking after us. Looking to book our 5th trip soon. Thank you Zuri.

A place that makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter the property. The staff is courteous and the front desk allows for a smooth check-in experience. The lobby itself makes you feel relaxed with its calm ambience enhanced by the waterfall backdrop. We had a 3 nights stay as a family of 4 and it felt like a home away from home. Our two toddlers had a blast running around and enjoying the wide spread property which includes huge lawns spread out and the shade of the trees makes you feel like chilling all day. The beach is quite easily accessible from the hotel and is very well maintained. The housekeeping staff is very accommodating, special thanks to Akhilesh from the housekeeping team for his prompt service. The food plays a vital role when on holiday especially with kids and that didn't disappoint. The spread and the quality of the food is top notch. The service at the restaurant especially Farhad, Rohan and Krutesh really made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Chef Soham Puri for being so welcoming and warm towards us, our toddlers really took an affection for him and made friends with the *** in charge of the lavish feast being served. Thank You Zuri for a wonderful experience, we shall be back soon!

Хороший отель , номера старенькие , но как будто всё с душой ) Территория ухожена , завтрак разнообразный и вкусный ! И ещё главное - на завтраке есть сосиски , которые обожают бездомные собачки на пляже ( который , кстати , достойно чистый, малолюдный и очень широкий ) Собачки добрый ! Кормите их, пожалуйста)🫶🏻 Это совсем не сложно )

Amazing place for a family holiday! Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff. The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. It’s also good that they try to think of environmental issues, noticeable for instance that you can choose not to change linnen (but I would suggest they do the opposite, that you have to make an active choice to get the linnen exchanged, since I think lots of people don’t actually care enough to leave that note on the pillow). The beach is also amazing in this area, but the motor boats and amount of people has left it a bit less pristine than last time we were here some 10 years ago. In Goa it’s always tricky with the balance between nature and exploitation, but we were happy to see crabs and sea snails roaming the edge of the water. We will definitely come back to visit again!

“Our stay at Zuri was below average, and we expected much better given the price we paid (₹20,000 per night). Here’s a detailed breakdown of our experience: 1. Mini Bar Mismanagement: The staff didn’t properly check the mini-bar before our checkout. We received a call accusing us of consuming a chocolate bar, which was quite disappointing. For such a premium rate, this lack of professionalism and attention to detail is unacceptable. Staff training is a must. 2. Check-out Hassles: The check-out process was frustrating. They started calling us 24 hours prior, and we received 6-7 calls asking about checkout timing. With a one-year-old baby, this constant disturbance was very inconvenient. A resort of this caliber should handle checkout processes more efficiently and respectfully. 3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was below average. The sambhar was particularly disappointing—it tasted terrible and felt like no effort was made in its preparation. 4. Service Discrimination: The staff near the swimming pool seemed to prioritize foreign guests over Indian guests, which was disheartening. Being treated like this in our own country is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the resort. Equal treatment for all guests should be a priority. 5. Valet Parking: The valet parking service was subpar and needs significant improvement. 6. Property Condition: The property feels old and outdated, which doesn’t match the premium pricing. 7. Location: The only positive aspect of the resort is its beachfront location, which is undeniably beautiful. 8. Finn’s Bar: The service at Finn’s Bar was good and stood out compared to the rest of the resort. Overall, this resort is far from family-friendly. With better options available at this price point, I would recommend staying elsewhere. There’s a lot of room for improvement in service, facilities, and overall experience.”
