Elements by Rosetta

Well, I have stayed at Elements for 3 days with my family including small Baby at Elements by Rossetto ,a New Property at South Goa. Experience was Ossim, starts with Check in the Morning with Breakfast , Room service, Housekeeping, with Punctuality and ease of service. Interacted with Duty Manager,who had handle by check-in smoothly and and made me feel to be at home,Executives Chef in the Restaurant, who’s shows skills with Mouthful dishes at Buffet Counter. Also met with Resident Manager, who was down to earth, and offering help in various services of the Hotel Be it Housekeeping, Room service, Reception, Security, Food Production, every department shows a good gesture of hospitality. I will highly recommend this hotel for staying with Famiy for South Goa

Wow, Goa again! We were there just last weekend, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing and joyful trips we’ve had in a while. A big reason for that was where we stayed – Elements by Rosetta. The property was beautiful, with a great location (three stunning white sand beaches just 10–15 minutes away), an inviting pool where we had so much fun as a family, spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and above all – the amazing Rosetta team that made us feel truly special. We’d love to mention a few names who made our stay even better: Pavan, Umesh, Snehadip, Riri – from the restaurant, always warm and serving with a smile :) Chef Chauhan – for the mouth-watering Goan dishes, from starters to desserts – super yummy! 😋 Abhay and Rimpa – at the front desk, who made us feel so welcome and were always ready to help And a big thank you to Lufina (Kids Activities), Imli (Spa), Imaad (Travel) Finally, a shoutout to Nanda Kumar and Abhishek for leading such a fantastic team! Pros-Its a new, beautiful and small property with big rooms that have all amenities. Food is good and restaurant staff is very professional and attentive. Swimming pool is very good. Have a complementary cab to take you to their beach restaurant. Cons-Other than restaurant and room service, other staff seemed kind of disinterested/bored with job. Asked for arranging a vehicle for local sightseeing-staff promised to get back, but no response-arranged on my own. Entered room to keep welcome sweet, without my permission/intimation (I was out on beach). It is in middle of a village with nothing to do or any good restaurant in walking range. Need a vehicle. The gaming room was very small, carrom board needed repair. Swimming pool has no changing room or floaters for non swimmers. Complementary cab sometimes takes a lot of time to come to beach to pick you up. No high tea or any event in evening on weekends in the hotel (though live singing and DJ were there at beach restaurant
