Earlier we were not happy with the room that was provided to us ... But i must say that Makemytrip team & Hotel Kashi Staff were so efficient & prompt to solve our issue & immediately helped us with another room which was absolutely as per our expectations. The Deluxe Room is very nice & clean. Service is also good. Property is near & convenient to all spots.

one of the pathetic trip I had ever in life. Hotel is completely different what I saw
I had made the booking one month ago, booked 5 rooms, made 100% adv payment and when checked in at the hotel at 3 pm, they informed that 1 room is available at 3rd floor, 2 at 2nd floor and 2 at 4th floor, we can't provide 5 rooms on same floor, at 3 pm they started cleaning of the rooms. in the hotel amenities, you have provided n numbers of facilities but room was far different
kindly take this seriously, looking forward to your response.

I have booked 4 deluxe room but these room are so small
It is 10*8ft in size.
But lift, power backup, manegar behavior are good.
Loction of hotel also very good. It very near by kashi mandir 1 no gate and dashanan ghat.

Good room, near to road and and temple. Walking distance to other main areas. Good service. Good place to stay.

Though it is closer to the temple but we had to walk about 1. 00km with luggage as cars can't go / not allowed. They don't provide any food. Foods are available within close vicinity. Movement of lift's sound and loud music makes an irritating feeling when you are inside the room. Though the room (we stayed ) is small but it was neat and clean.

Good stay experience.location is nearby kashi temple 800mtr. dashwamegh ghat 800 mtr.room are good.
check-in process needs to improve because customers need to fill in the details in register after hectic journey.
Also, on pick days, you have to walk with luggage for 100 mtr.
Dust bin not available in room.

Due to confusion in date of booking I could not get the room booked. Though hotel person was kind to provide one room of the two booked, two person adjusted in dormitory.
The money was wasted due to the confusion and I could not cancel even.

location is awesome, we should not expect any amenities at this price. lift make sounds whole night which is terrible. Bedsheets, towels and pillows were too dirty. take it only if you are getting it below 1000.
