Shree Ganesha Palace

The location of this hotel is very good. Dashashwamedh ghat is at a walking distance of 15 minutes and vishwanath temple is at a distance of 1. 5 kms from this hotel. I stayed in this hotel with my family including wife and my parents. The rooms are excellent, neat & clean and all the staffs were very polite and helpful. Overall, this is one of the best stays in varanasi.

Room booked for 3 adults, accordingly premium double room with amenities like sofa etc as per description booked with the assumption, it will be spacious for accommodating 3 adults. While after checking in found room is small size hardly accommodated double bed + 1 camp bed for third person no space for sofa hence not provided, on enquiry hotel rep. Informed sofa is removed and camp bed provided& room size is same as specified in fine print some where in the description. Immediately asked and removed camp bed, and since no room was available, booked rooms on other hotel and asked for downgrading the room for single occupancy. Hotel refused and told since payment made. In addition while breakfast was included, there was always shortage of foods as per menu, supplied with very limited quantity, only silver lining hotel staff was though not helpful for resolution but maintained courtesy. My experience raised doubt on making full payment. Overall all my experience is very bad on next time i shall be very very cautious

Staff are supporting and well behaved. Their hygiene and well maintained property very comfortable to stay
