We were told that we were "upgraded" to this cheap, third class hotel from another hotel called Meadows. Looks like all these buggers are hand in glove in fleecing travelers who come to the city for the first time. We had very clearly told our travel agent that we need two rooms - one triple occupancy and one double occupancy. Despite that these clowns gave us rooms with twin beds. In our room when they put the mattress on the floor, we could not close the door!! and if the door was closed, we couldn't open it. And the mattress provided was even worse. It was worse than a trampoline. No human can sleep on it. Plus the place is infested with mosquitoes. The next day, I called up my travel agent and blasted them - after some background conversations, these fellows finally gave us another room. Had they charged for it, I would have literally sued them. Overall, a very bad experience from a stay perspective. If at all you have the misfortune of staying at this pathetic place, do not eat here. Their cooks (not chefs) don't even know how to prepare tea. That should explain how pathetic things are at that hotel.

Our stay at [Park Plaza] in Kashi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit truly memorable. The location was perfect, a short walk from the market and close to local attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kashi!

Rooms were so dingy and cramped, person could not sit and relax, you only had to lie down on the bed. Room, the quilt had moldy smell. Traveler are advised to avoid this hotel.

Park plaza hotel was excellent in its service, delicious food, room service was very prompt, we booked two rooms, had a relaxing stay of two nights
only two points we need to mention just as a feedback
dedicated parking would have been better
the bathrooms should have net as in one of them there were a lot of mosquitoes. However immediate action was taken by the room service and it was a very good stay. Highly satisfied.

My belief in mm t recommended stays is just shattered. Poor mattress, although the hotel is clean. Do-not recommend for family, good for a single stay.
