It's an average hotel appropriately costing between per night. I'd not recommend

Staff was really polite and helpful. Had a lovely experience. They helped us with itinerary, their food is also very tasty and loved the breakfast options.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Rooms were below average, at that cost it is not worthy. Room was smelly with not much cleaning and old blankets and pillow

Loved the ambiance size of the room is just perfect and room were super clean tidy and hygienic and amenities food was excellent,rooms service was also good and staff of the hotel were very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Food was very very delicious and kids friendly. The staff were friendly, and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage. it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Varanasi. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the Royal room... it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Highly recommendable hotel.

Location is not good, cleaning of room is not as per hotel standards, they are not maintaining the room service.

Amenities were average, shower tap was frozen, it was a near miss while taking shower

It was pathetic experience the cleanness is nothing, bed is stinking and torn, no hygiene maintained at all, we have to buy our own mosquito repellent. Makemytrip should know about property before listing it in those price range.

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service.
