Gostops Lite Varanasi

worst experience... hotel property don't have power backup...no generator or anything...also hotel services are very slow no one was there quite long time...staff behaviour was very rude when we complain about query...highly they are making fun of go stops franchise...i went various go stops previously but this is the first time my experience with them was horrible... kindly improve better services... thanku

We take personal room - per night almost. But the actual cost of that room is only 400-500₹ according to us. Taps are leaking, hooks damage, no food quality, non working switches, only a single bed sheet for couple and many more. Not recommended

Not at all good. The property does not look as good as shown in pics. Staff is not very supportive and rude at times. Please go for other much cheaper alternatives.

Horrible stay experience at go-stop varanasi - i will tell you why read on: 1) the rooms are dingy and smelly. I stayed in 14 bed dorm & it was inhabitable so much so that i had to check out on 1st day even though i had the booking for 3 days. 2) the dorm was on ground floor and the washrooms were on 3rd floor. Yes, if you want to pee at midnight, you have to crawl up to 3rd floor terrace (no lifts yeah) 3) the washroom size is lesser than the indian railway washrooms. 4) when i arrived at the property, i figured that it is not the regular gostops hence i called their customer care to request for refund. Leave alone refund, the cc agent was as rude as she could be. 5) check out the distance b/w property and kashi mandir/ghats. 30 mins drive. I know i should have but i dint. Make a decision accordingly.

The property is not well maintained as compared to other gostop properties. Their is limited games available in the game zone. Smaller rooms and dorms
