the property was just average with average breakfast options & was room was not up to mark !! even mattress were very old !! property needs a re do ..

Hotel is at good location. However the rooms were not as per the expectation. Room was smelly, bell not working. Only one lift working. Room lighting was too low. Only good thing about the hotel is the lobby and location.

Rooms had zero maintenance No running water in several rooms There is no hot water in several rooms. A group of 15 women who went were terribly disappointed Inadequate breakfast Poor cuisine Coffee took 1 hour to arrive. Disappointed to see that West Inn - the brand has fallen so low. Pls avoid.. Asha Gupta DGM Pondicherry Tourism Development Corporation.
