The water was not flowing properly into the sink. The shower flow is also very heavy.

everything was broken towels were not that clean

Stay was ok, the amenities and services were quite good. Room were good but we should also have a separate bathing area as bathing option was only bath tub and that too faulty

Room was decent and spacious but bathroom was clumsy and lacked basic amenities. Shower and taps were not maintained properly. Towels too.

Very comfortable stay. Perfect location. Staff at reception very friendly and professional. Room s quiet and peaceful. All the amenities what you expect are available.

Room service was very poor and the food is very expensive as per the quantity. Had to call so many times.
