La comida y el servicio fueron exelentes pero tuvimos problemas con las toallas tanto del baño como la piscina y la comunicación entre el l personal de limpieza y los trabajadores(as) del front desk no fue buena

Plaj havlusu bulmak imkansız. Suyun az akması sebebi ile klozet 1 saatte doluyordu. Yemekler güzeldi. Özellikle alakart retorantta. Çalışanlar çok keyifliydi. İhtiyaç anında yardım ettiler. Otel konumu merkeze yürüyüş yarım saat mesafede. Herşey için teşekkürler.

We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly, our superior room was beautiful (spacious and clean, fresh bottled water and mini fridge stocked daily), we had a beautiful garden view/partial pool view from our room, the food was nothing to complain about (they ran out of bread for 2 days but there was always something to eat) and the beach was flawless! There was lots of seating/beach chairs so no need to be up super early to get chairs. The entertainment was always enjoyed - I wish they would have incorporated more of their Cuban culture into the evening performances but overall we can't complain. We had a great time and loved this resort! This was my 6th visit to Cuba and definitely one of my favorite resorts - highly recommend!

The location was excellent. The beach was easily accessible with a beach bar. Lots of beach entertainment along with exercise routines carried out by friendly staff. The buffet had allot of various items to choose from. The bar was equipped with many selections and variety of alcoholic drinks.

Excellent séjour d’une semaine à cet hôtel, personnel très accueillant, très propre et à proximité du centre ville de Varadero. Chambre supérieure très propre avec un excellent travail des employés qui font le ménage. Le service au bars ,restaurant et buffet était très rapide. Très belle végétation en plus de la superbe plage. La nourriture était au rendez-vous . Bonne animation. Bref un beau séjour à refaire bientôt.

Ho trovato un hotel fantastico, con in animazione super divertente grazie a Marlon che ci ha fatto vivere delle bellissime serata siamo stati benissimo, tanti spettacoli e ogni sera abbiamo visto spettacoli di musica e ballo stupendi in piscina e discoteca.
