La estancia estuvo bien pero las instalaciones del hotel no estan al día, se nota bastante el uso. La variedad de la comida tampoco me sorprendió, recomiendo enormemente la parte The Level del hotel. Los servicios allí son mejores, más tranquilidad y comfort. El spa fue fantástico.

Visité el Hotel por primera vez con mi familia y quedé encantada. Estuvimos en el Área The Level solo Adultos y fue increíble la atención recibida por los chicos de Recepción, todos muy profesionales, resaltar especialmente la amabilidad de la conserje Yanara, Kisnaidy, son muy amables y atentas, siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades.En el Restaurante Mosaico, la comida exquisita y el servicio maravilloso por parte de todo el equipo. Sin dudas regresaremos!

Non-level review Beach: absolutely the best. Clean. Walk in forever. Plenty of chairs. Pools: no fighting for chairs. Plenty shallow enough for kids to stand and play. Not crowded. Sometimes completely empty. Bars: short lines. Lots of ice. Plenty of options. Grounds: immaculate. Foliage was young. Constantly painting and trying to keep things brand new looking. Buffet: great for Cuba. Lots of options. Plenty to eat. Best cheese. Wood fire pizza. A la cartes: not great. Buffet was better. Rooms: very modern. Great water pressure. We did have some water damage on bathroom door. Our solution. We left it open. Our tv also didn't work. We embraced the screen free time. Washrooms: hard to find, but very very clean once you do. One by the clubhouse/towel change. One down hallway between kids club and buffet. One in lower level lobby by Transat desk. One in upper lobby across from Blue Bar. Entertainment: music at beach and pool all day. Appreciated the live flute playing rather than obnoxious entertainers. Didn't notice any night life but we had a little with us, so we were watching the night shows from our balcony. Ice cream: don't miss it. Homemade. Delicious. Coffee: great from snack and lobby bars. Could be more available throughout. Been to Cuba 6x (Varadero and Cayo Coco). First resort we would 100% go back. Absolutely beautiful vacation.

Me encanta este Hotel, estuve solamente 3 días pero fue maravilloso, los servicios y el personal, en el conocimos muchas personas Lily Coordinadora de Bodas del Hotel,muy profesional y elegante, quien no dió todos la información y debo decir que estamos convencido nos casaremos el próximo año en su instalación, vamos con un grupo de 60 personas, estamos ansiosos de volver con ustedes

Where do I begin with Melia Intenational varadero, First when we arrived there were numerous issues, we were put in the wrong room, once we mentioned this and provided proof of what I booked the rooms were changed however the room wasn’t very clean, the level reception manager Andrea quickly sorted this and gave us an upgrade. Which was appreciated, since it took us about 4 hours to eventually unpack. The level adults only is great for food - Mosaic restaurant is definitely worth it compared to the main hotel restaurants. It would be good if Melia could offer the option to purchase day pass to use the adults only amenities. As I most definitely preferred staying in the main hotel, our room was above the Blue bar, every evening it was so nice getting ready to the live entertainment being played, and waking up to the saxophone playing- the best wake up alarm. The blue bar had the best entertainment, Melia really does have some talented singers. The beach was amazing and the hotel grounds are stunning and clean. The food options weren’t too bad, but probably could do with more options. The staff were amazing, the tobacco bar the lady will show / demonstrate how to correctly cut and light a cigar. The blue bar Dana, Nathalie really did look after us every day we were there This hotel has the best views to watch the amazing sunsets. I will definitely visit Melia International Varadero again.

El restorán español Hacienda un lujo. Mi habitación 6030. Soy intolerante a la lactosa y adecuaron y consultaron todo para que pueda probar la mayor cantidad de platos posibles. Además un sabor inigualable y la atención destacadas!altamente recomendable!

Good service, specialy Marylin and Lili at the buffet. The Mélia international is a very good recommandation for everyone. The Beach is wonderfull!!! The hôtel is near the varadero center, ten minutes by foot. Pools are clean and there is a lot of different pools children, adultes, activites or not.

We’ve been several times at The Level adults only and we’ve had an amazing experience since the moment we entered the door with the staff. The receptionist Meily, Yanet and Dayani have made the experience more enjoyable by being attentive.
