Расположение отеля шикарное. Океан и пляж бесподобен. «Все включено» не похоже на другие туристические места в силу особенностей кубы. Большого разнообразия еды не ждите. В основном рис, курица, рыба. Понравились ананасы которые были всегда. Напитки время от времени заканчивались, но всегда можно было выбрать из двух-трех вариантов. Мух много, как и везде на Кубе. Чистоту стараются поддерживать, но все же тарелки приходилось выбирать, чтобы были почище, приборы протирали салфетками. Уборка в номере каждый день. Номер хоть и старенький, но все выглядит прилично. Недалеко от отеля есть стрит фуд, магазин(правда ассортимент не очень большой) Программа была каждый день, пиво вкусное, было на выбор несколько коктейлей, но мы их не пробовали. Дважды сходили в ресторан( можно записаться на ресепшене в 13:00, по меню кормят бесплатно). По соотношению цена-качество отличный отель. Спасибо обслуживающему персоналу за теплый прием

Personal muy amable, ubicación muy buena, con acceso directo a unas playas espectaculares. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero es un muy buen hotel

La atención muy mal, la habitación nada que ver con la que reserve no tenía nada de superior, la comida buena, no tenía nada de comer después de las 10 de la noche

Siento mucha alegría porque fue excelente mi estancia en el hotel, hoy me voy a casa super complacida con el servicio, con el trato de los trabajadores, la comida maravillosa y tiene un ambiente natural que me ha relajado cuestion que era mi objetivo principal, una escapada perfecta del dia a dia, pues nada continuen trabajando y vuelvo en julio, un saludo caluroso y mil gracias

Comienzo diciendo q para ser un hotel 4 estrellas q dicho sea de paso no se quién se las dió, el domingo 20 de abril a las 4 de la tarde no había cerveza en el hotel ni ron alguno, solo cremas, en el restaurante te ponen lo más malo primero, no sé si para q se termine rápido o que les quede más comida, por parte del personal la atención es exelente para mí por esa parte 5 estrella, lastima q lo demás empañe tan bien trato, amabilidad y cariño de sus trabajadores, mi opinión esq ni un 3 merece dicho hotel, no se lo recomienda a nadie, aquí ni refresco en la piscina solo pan con paTa q no se sabe el sabor, vuelvo a insistir aquí no gasten su dinero, sabemos la situación q tiene cuba con la comida, pero si la hay por qué no la ponen? Bueno aquí está mi criterio, no pienso q deba tener 4 estrellas valoren todo eso y vallan a otro lugar, gracias

Desde la entrada al hotel fue muy buena pues la entrada fue a las 3 de la tarde. Fui por dos noche y en la segunda tarde no había cerveza en el hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el personal del hotel muy buena atención. El bufé el más malo del mundo. Recomiendo no venir a este hotel . No creo las 4 estrellas que tiene son de lo mejor. Deberían degradar el hotel.

La comida es pésima las cervezas se acaba antes de las 4 de la tarde para los niños no hay nada ni refrescos ni leche nada te dan a ofectar en los bares de las piscinas pan viejo con pastas malas cosa que es lo más pobre que hay para ser un hotel 4 estrellas está pésima la gastronomía es decir en resumen viaje en familia pésimo no recomiendo para nada el ospedaje aquí apresar de ser un hotel muy bonito y con una vista maravillosa lo único que le falta es poco de corazón

Mi experiencia, pésimo! Fui de luna de miel, y a pesar de comunicarlo, el hotel no tuvo ninguna iniciativa, yo he escuchado de amistades que han vivido bellas experiencias en otros hoteles cuando han ido. La atención en la bufet, pésima. Mal abastecimiento de forma general. El acuabar a las 11.00 am todavía no ha sido abastecido. No había leche para los niños. Cero recreación nocturna, hubo que irse a dormir temprano por falta de actividad, todos las barras cerradas y las que no, sin cerveza ni nada a gusto que brindar. No lo recomiendo.Es un hotel lindisimo, con unas vistas hermosas, pero le falta corazón❤️.
