Расположение отеля шикарное. Океан и пляж бесподобен. «Все включено» не похоже на другие туристические места в силу особенностей кубы. Большого разнообразия еды не ждите. В основном рис, курица, рыба. Понравились ананасы которые были всегда. Напитки время от времени заканчивались, но всегда можно было выбрать из двух-трех вариантов. Мух много, как и везде на Кубе. Чистоту стараются поддерживать, но все же тарелки приходилось выбирать, чтобы были почище, приборы протирали салфетками. Уборка в номере каждый день. Номер хоть и старенький, но все выглядит прилично. Недалеко от отеля есть стрит фуд, магазин(правда ассортимент не очень большой) Программа была каждый день, пиво вкусное, было на выбор несколько коктейлей, но мы их не пробовали. Дважды сходили в ресторан( можно записаться на ресепшене в 13:00, по меню кормят бесплатно). По соотношению цена-качество отличный отель. Спасибо обслуживающему персоналу за теплый прием

Personal muy amable, ubicación muy buena, con acceso directo a unas playas espectaculares. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero es un muy buen hotel

La atención muy mal, la habitación nada que ver con la que reserve no tenía nada de superior, la comida buena, no tenía nada de comer después de las 10 de la noche

Considero que después de la reapertura el 17 de diciembre el Hotel tiene una imagen renovada, su nuevo director general ha hecho incapié en mejorar los servicios y las condiciones de las áreas de la instalación, tuve una experiencia maravillosa y pronto regresaré para disfrutar de otra estancia agradable , Éxitos y muchas gracias por todo al colectivo del hotel 🏨

Leí muchos comentarios y estaba indecisa. Pero estuvo muy bien. Es un hotel grande, aunque no todas las habitaciones están habilitadas. Pero vi q están haciendo que todo mejore. Piscinas limpias , el hotel está a dos cuadras de la playa y para pasar se cruza por un boulevar que tiene bares y restaurantes muy agradables. La playa limpia y con suficientes asoleadoras. Hay un bar en la playa, otro en el lobby y otro en la piscina q funciona 24h. La comida si es la misma todos los días , pero sabe bien y suficiente cantidad. El hotel no tiene discoteca dentro de sus instalaciones, pero dentro del boulevar q tiene al frente hay una discoteca la habana club (yo creo q la mejor y más famosa de varadero) con la q tiene convenio y no se paga cover. Y adentro los tragos son muy baratos. Una cerveza vale 300 pesos cubanos. Y afuera en los comercios o con la gente del hotel te cambian la moneda. 1 dolar igual a 300 pesos aprox. Es mejor pagar todo con moneda cubana sino es mucho más caro. Las habitaciones tienen balcón, agua caliente, una cama king y el resto de mobiliario normal. Esta viejito pero en buen estado y está bien Tiene 3 restaurantes de especialidad. Con reservas y los abren dependiendo la ocupación q tenga el hotel. Y además el bufet del desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

Fuimos a pasar fin de año, y la experiencia fue pésima, a pesar de que su reapertura fue el dia 15 de diciembre las havitaciones están seriamente deterioradas, la comida preocupantemente escasa, y sin variedad, obedecieciendo a una mala gestión de logística, De modo general la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. En fin, no malgaste su dinero creyendo que vivirá unas vacaciones de ensueño, cuando en realidad será todo lo contrario.

Las comidas son una tortura. en el restaurant hay que hacer cola para entrar, después cola para servirte, además de las pocas ofertas y de lo mucho q demoran en reponer lo q se acaba. Poco personal de gastronomía. Cucarachas en la habitación, además de la peste a humedad. Nos dijeron que el hotel hasta hace 15 días estuvo en reparación pero todo se ve como que hace décadas no le hacen nada.
