太舊了，雖然維護盡力了，但確實説不過去，水龍頭都快散架了也不換，空調聲音太大。自助餐太簡陋，魚也不新鮮，前台服務太差，説是換沙灘毛巾的卡要交回來，不是拿卡換毛巾留在服務處嗎？扣4美金! 使用房間裏的保險箱一天2美金，聽着都新鮮! VISA卡受制裁刷不過去，還不收現金! 太軸了，扔下幾個美金扭頭就走了，不會再來

在古巴各種設施特別陳舊的環境下，感覺酒店已盡力做到最好了！但對衞生要求高的不建議來古巴遊玩。

Хороший, добротный сетевой отель, с неплохим питанием и превосходным пляжем. Я бронировал и получил бунгало - просторное и уютное, с террасой и в живописном уголке территории отельного комплекса. Не ставлю высших оценок из-за того, что всё немного уже подъизносилось, и есть проблемы с работой оборудования в номере, не всё идеально и корректно работало (фен, панель управления кондиционером и не горело пару лампочек). Но в целом ' очень твёрдая четвёрка!

Замечательный отдых,чувствовала,что попала в большую семью.Команда танцоров замечательные.Скрашивали наши вечера программой и танцами.Танцовщица Saine изюминка отеля.Самая лучшая и прекрасная танцовщица!! Все шоу анимации были интересными,до сих пор вспоминаем.Спасибо за тепло и красоту ребят,за общение ,обязательно ради них вернемся в отель ещё не один раз.

Minha Lua de Mel! Minha primeira viagem a Cuba. Adorei o hotel. Adorei as pessoas. Adorei o aconchego. O carinho. O sorriso fácil. O cuidado. A humildade. Levo as pessoas no meu coração para toda a vida. Adorei a animação. A forma como nos incluiram. Como nos trataram. Todas as noites. Todos os shows. Que saudades deste ambiente. Quando voltar a Cuba, sem dúvida que escolher este hotel. Aquele mergulho matinal. Numa praia fantástica. Recomendo ❤️ Obrigada Taínos. Abraço de Portugal

We visited the Tainos from Chicago, and it was not easy to make the trek from the United States. It was our fourth visit, and we are planning our 5th very soon. We have tried 2 other resorts but now know the Ibero Tainos is our Cuban home! The reason is the people, having been to 50 plus countries, I believe we know when we find passionate and sincere people. We truly love the nightly entertainment; the ballerinas and singers make every evening; they are passionate, and to come out every night smiling and interacting with the crowd makes our stay!! They are the reason we choose the Iberostar Tainos. Rosario, Saine, Yordan, Evis, and every other employee at the Ibero are the reason we return! I hope management realizes that they have something special and uniquely Cuban in their employees. Trust me; it is not like this at all other resorts. Thank you for the experience.

Excellent entertainment...the Ballerinas were top notch. I would recommend them nightly! Great music and exquisite moves! Costumes colorful and detailef. Food and accommodations were good. Layout of building easily accessible and pools were awesome!

This was my first Trip to Cuba and Tainos did not disappoint, always something to do and the Entertainment was wonderful I loved the variety of shows over the week that we stayed and the skill of the performers they were by far my favorite part of our visit, the grounds were well kept and food was good, enjoyed the restaurants that are located on the resort as well as the dining room.
