房間很大，衞生間也很大，而且光線很好，早上卧室和衞生間都有陽光照進來，特別喜歡，窗外的景色也是很美的，酒店三餐食品飲料都還豐富，現做的炒麪米飯烤肉炒飯味道不錯，海灘海水湛藍沙灘很棒，沙子細膩，泳池深淺適宜湛藍乾淨，很漂亮，度假村設計很有特色，浪漫唯美，前台服務也好，免費存行李。衹是衞生間的馬桶第一天沖水後上下水壞了，水一直留着，噪音很大，第二天清潔員告訴如何正確使用那個開關後，就沒有問題了，很滿意的住宿。

Estar en el caribe , en Cuba, en una playa paradisíaca no tiene precio , pero , a parte de las carencias que hay ahora en la isla y de la antigüedad de las instalaciones no se entiende de como el servicio de comida, sobretodo en el buffet principal sea tan malo !! Aun asi, repito, en el conjunto bien!! El bungalow bien y la playa estupenda!! El bar de la piscina ok!! El buffet para cambiarlo!!

As first hotel in Cuba we stay expected much more from this place. We got upgraded of our room for additional fee when arrive and this bungalow air conditioner was blowing hot air, water was just such low presser in shower that can’t even wash out sand, no hot water at all, we asked to fix it every day but without any result. Food was fresh and not bad, no so many entertainment choice, just billiard room , karaoke , piano live music at lobby was great. Some staff was rude , but some very pleasant to communicate. Have different feeling about staying Starfish , not comfortable hot room with cold water and friendly people who try their best in service.

Comida horrível. Falta tudo, desde pão para o café da manhã até papel higiênico nos banheiros. Não recomendo a ninguém. Embora a praia seja linda e a estrutura do hotel não seja ruim, ficar sem uma comida minimamente decente e ainda sem opções até para comprar é desesperador. Os drinks também são mal feitos e sempre acabam. Não recomendo.

Кроме хорошей территории ничего больше. Ужасные старые номера стандарт, в ресторане кормят ужасно, это не съедобно вообще! В номерах блохи или что-то ещё, все ходят искусаные и мы тоже.
Все розетки поломаны, кровать поломана. В общем на ваш страх и риск. 2 недели в этом отеле я бы не выдержал, хорошо всего на 6 дней брал.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa! Cheguei algumas horas do horário do checkin e a atendente muito simpática já permitiu que eu desfrutasse do hotel. Chegando na praia me deparei com um paraíso, com bar com drinks variados, cervejas e atendentes muito simpáticos. O jantar e almoço tem bastante fartura, variedade. Os show na parte da noite são muito divertidos, enfim uma experiência maravilhosa. Recomendo a todos os amigos do Brasil e do mundo! O único ponto que me incomodou foi que percebi que a porta do quarto não trancava por dentro, tive que encostar uma poltrona para conseguir dormir, o que considero um problema de segurança grave, pois é um hotel muito grande. Mas enfim, deixo meus parabéns a todos os funcionários pela simpatia e paciência mesmo com os que não possuem espanhol fluente. Lembrarei sempre :)

Уж не знаю, имеет ли смысл жаловаться на отель, когда вся страна живет не пойми как. Печально это всё конечно, но в конце, после наплыва народа, стало жутковато, ибо еда почти закончилась совсем. А так море солнце пляж - огонь

This hotel is located directly beside Varadero’s beautiful beach and lies approximately 40 km from Juan Gualberto Gómez international airport. The proximity to the Plaza América conference centre makes this hotel the ideal venue for all business meets. The dolphinarium, Chapelín Marina and Varahicacos nature protection area are all located in the near vicinity and it is 20 km to Cárdenas and 65 km to Matanzas. It is well worth paying a visit to the dripstone caves of Bellamar that lie approximately 50 km from the hotel.

The hotel was renovated in 2010. The hotel features 411 accommodation units. Guests of the hotel are welcomed in the lobby, which has a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. The upper floors are easily accessible using the lift. Amenities include a safe and currency exchange facilities. Internet access is available in public areas (for a fee).
