房間海景向酒店設施（海灘🏖️）一面從價格和舒適度上均遠較另一面為高，用了兩個房間故此作了對比。同時，千萬要提前訂，否則在各大平台都會顯示無房，可你從前台用高些的價格仍然可以隨時拿下房。

酒店坐落的區域已經是度假區了，很適合休閑度假，服務都很好

Non è stata una esperienza rilassante. Partendo dalla reception, Personale scortese. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove sopra la nostra, ogni mattina, iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Già dalle otto di mattina si sentiva martellare, usare il flessibile, pezzi di muro o carton gesso cadere e comunicazione ad alta voce tra loro. I lavori proseguono tutta la mattina e parlando poi con la reception, sapendo di questo disguido, ci dicono che proseguono fino alle cinque del pomeriggio. Era impossibile riposarsi con questi rumori ripetitivi e fastidiosi. La doccia pessima. Abbiamo trovato dei vermi sul piatto doccia due volte.Forse veniamo dal piano di sopra a causa delle ristrutturazioni. Pulizia accettabile. Solo dopo aver discusso di questo disguido incominciavano a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia. Servizio a tavolo pessimo. Alcune persone sembravano addirittura infastidite quando chiedevamo un bicchiere d'acqua o un cucchiaio. Una volta ci hanno pure ignorati senza nemmeno portarci da bere una volta seduti. Melia e la peggior esperienza e catena hoteliera che abbia mai provato. Non la sceglierei mai più in futuro, non la consiglio.

Отель семейный, много шумных детей)) относительно новый, шведский стол отличный, много перекусных на территории, номера чистые, обслуживание хорошее, особенно если владеешь испанским, пляж не очень частый, но всё равно красивый. Территория большая, красивая, бассейн большой, но воды по пояс, мелкий. В общем, рекомендую

全包酒店，餐廳的自助餐食物口味與品質都不錯，服務也非常好，酒水也是免費的，晚上還有演唱，推薦推薦，雖然客房設施有點舊，但是性價比非常高了

第一次入住這家全包式酒店，衞生便利且十分靠近海邊，非常符合我們的期待，距離VIAZUL車站8公里，大約十美金。預訂的是早中晚餐全包房型，用餐體驗也很好，煎蛋以及牛排很美味，晚間的活動也很熱鬧，不虛此行！

Un hermoso viaje en un hotel de categoría el cual compartí con mi abuelo y nos gustaría destacar el excelente servicio que nos ofreció la señorita Yanisleidys Ramos Gener donde destacamos su calidad con nosotros y resto de turistas, su amabilidad, predisposición a la hora de atendernos, su simpatía, su educación y su bella sonrisa ❤️

Un viaje en pareja interesante, quienes se llevan el mérito de casi todo son los bartenders del lobby principal super buena onda y atentos especialmente a yuniel y wildo. Sin embargo como todo hay algún área de oportunidad, entre ellos la supervisora del restaurante latino; una persona nefasta que no busca soluciones y a pesar de ser cabeza de restaurante, por petición negada y reafirmación de mi esposo a un cambio de mesa a mesas libres cerca de la naturaleza (que nunca se ocuparon y mintió diciendo que sí) se puso altanera y nos fue a reclamar a media cena haciéndome sentir incómoda ya que yo hablaba español y mi esposo inglés dirigiéndose a mi todo el tiempo. No se si no entiende bien el idioma ingles pero me reclamaba cosas estúpidas. Sin mas los meseros prefirieron darme disculpas de su actitud altanera ante mi esposo y a mi. A partir de ese incidente primera y última vez que hice reservación en ese restaurante. Sin embargo el restaurante internacional (meseros y supervisión) e italiano (meseros) se llevan el mérito de un buen servicio al cliente y una comida deliciosa. En resumen hay personas que se nota que disfrutan su trabajo ... gracias a los animadores, meseros, bartenders y baristas que hicieron nuestras vacaciones agradables con una buena actitud.

Отдыхали во второй половине апреля 2025, это уже наш второй отпуск тут, семьей с ребенком. Заселились в новый суперион после ремонта и с абсолютно новой мебелью с большой террасой, где были стульчики и лежаки. Питание разнообразное и вкусное, постоянно переедали, так как хочется всего и сразу)) Различные вкусные коктейли, которые быстро готовят. Очень удобно, что есть русскоговорящий менеджер Анна, всегда поможет, объяснит и все покажет.

Esta vez por 4 semanas decisimos de venir al Hotel. Es maravilloso el Personal y muchas Gracias a Anna que siempre nos resive con mucho amor y carino. Esta es la 5 vez en aca y No sera la ultima. Por siempre Cuba y Varadero sera nuestra segunda Casa.

Entertainment was awesome . Lots of activities!!! I always won some rum ! Reniel and Mariam were great . Great beach food and experience. Buffet always had some food ! I would come back again . Booking my trip as we speak . Pools were warm and clean

This resort is 30 years old. It also means that the staff have been working there for a long time as well. In terms of service. It was amazing. Staff are very attentive. Many staff actually takes it personal and actually remembers what we like to drink while dining. Vert friendly, the smiles melts our heart. Special thanks to Carlos. He was the first person who served us at the Buffet. Also the last person who served us before we leave. Big smile to us everytime. I don't want to single out other staff as every staff are very friendly and helpful. It happened that Carlos, Madelyn and Olga L were always around whenever we had our meals. Extremely attentive. They really makes us feel like home. Food is great. Always have something that we enjoy. Pizzas are great. The bread are great. Even the desserts are great. Buffet always have something that we enjoy eating. Fries, chicken, pork, clams. Repetitive. However. Enough varieties for us to switch things around everyday. Coffee taste the same in all resorts. But no complains about it. We will bring our own on our next trip. The beach is the best part. Stunning! This beach is right next to the beach that is the last stop from Catamaran. Beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow. Okay. A little dated. However. This also means that there is a reason why this resort is so popular even the place is dated. Night and day with service. As their staff have been around for quite some time. They know how to provide excellent customer service. Clean. Air conditioning is cool enough all day long. Water takes a few minutes to heat up. There are activities every night at 9:30. It can be dancing shows, pool shows and the beach party is fun. They know how to entertain and this also have all of us involved. My gf couldn't stop laughing. Let's say you will hear people happy and laughing evwrhtime. They have a good system for floor control. Watch your steps for seniors. The sidewalk is a few inches above the grass on the side. BBQ station beside the pool. I think they are building a new one.. usually serve burgers and sausages. You see wings occasionally. There is a lobster BBQ station as well. Imho..not worth it. We saw the price as $25 from a video review by Finding Fish. It was $50 per lobster. Huge lobsters. Like the length of our forearm. But nobody buys them. If you want lobsters. Just take a bus to Varadero. 20 usd for a meal. I think the only thing slightly negative is the resort is a bit old. But this is not a negative for us. Becuase this was the best experience that we had at a resort in Cuba. We miss Carlos, Madelyn and Olga :) . They are not our butlers. They're staff from the buffet! Great management. We will definitely come back again.

Nous revenons de deux magnifiques semaines de vacances. Superet chaleureux accueil de la part de Felix. Hotel propre, bien entretenu. La plage est magnifique. Les piscines sont propres. Le terrain bien entretenu avec de magnifiques palmiers matures. Mais ce qui nous a le plus charmé au Sol Palmeras est le personnel! Au buffet surtout! Particulièrement la belle et douce Claudia, le discret et calme Aser (quel sourir, il a!!!) l'adorable et généreuse Holga, le charmant Carlos, le sympathique Alexi lors de nos déjeuner et diners. Barbarito et Flora aussi sans oublié la dynamique et tres efficace Idelmis. Il y a aussi le beau Roberto, quelle gentillesse, cet homme! Et j'oublie certain noms malheureusement..Tous ces gens ont fait de notre séjour un séjour inoubliable et nous donne le goût d'y retourner. La nourriture y est très bonne et variée malgré quelques redondances. Bref, je recommande cet hotel sans hesiter!
