Private: garden 680 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 5 m, depth 30 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Boules, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 2 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "les Mouettes" 1.2 km, railway station "Fréjus" 10 km, sandy beach "Grand Boucharel" 2 km, park "Areca" 7 m, diving center 8 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sailing school 10 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 6 km, walking paths from the house 2 km. Nearby attractions: Lunapark, Aqualand 6 km, Fréjus 7 km, St Maxime 13 km, St Tropez 25 km, st raphael 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Auron, Isola 2000 155 km. We have now spent the third holiday in this accommodation! The view of the coast is sensational! The new kitchen is great! We felt very comfortable and are always happy to come back! The agency on site is courteous and very helpful.

The house and the pool were fantastic and the view on the Mediterranean just out of this world. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only small inconvenience was that the shops were a bit far (2-3 km), so you really need a car there.

Fijn huis met een schitterend uitzicht. Genoeg slaapkamers en overal airconditioning. Mooie grote keuken met alle gemakken. En een lekker zwembad met als enig kritiekpunt, verschrikkelijke ligbedden bij het zwembad.

Beautiful holiday home in a really great location. The cleanliness in the house could have been much better. There were broken drying racks and other rubbish lying around on the property. With the bed in the basement you have to be afraid that it will col
