這間酒店的確比較偏僻，但是價錢來說相對巴黎的其他酒店來說，已經很便宜，性價比來說真的很不錯，但要注意位置

還行吧，就是巴黎現在酒店太貴了。老外的早餐永遠是這幾樣。晚上前台沒人值班，入住要算好時間

由於飛機原因.晚上21:00 後到酒店.沒人開門.打電話諮詢.態度hen cja

This is the worst experience I've ever had so far in my travelling life. I arrived the hotel around 10pm, which is still within the standard check-in time in the booking confirmation. Yet there was no one at the reception to help me check-in! I called their contact number and no one answered. Some guests at the lobby tried to help and brainstorm but no one had clue what to do. At the end, I had to leave the hotel and looked for another place to stay in this late evening, which was a waste of my time, money and energy. I wrote to Trip.com and requested their help for the refund for several times. The hotel simply replied: "no refund for cancellation", "no refund because their hotel staffs were not 24/24 available" And "the client should be able to find the emergency number on the reception table" My point is: - The reality is, I have called the number I could find yet no one answered. - If the hotel does not have staffs to help clients at certain hours, they should have listed all the information (including the emergency contact, check-in hours) in the Terms & Conditions and in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, some hotels just leave the keys at a safe place and inform customers where to access. This is totally irresponsible. I hope no one will ever go through the same experience with me. Literally I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because of their very irresponsible attitude and honestly speaking I feel they don't care about their clients at all.

We pendant le salon du tourisme Nous avons passé 2 nuits 15 min du métro où 7 min du train. Un peu de bruit alentour mais ça va. Petit dej pas très copieux pour 14€ il n’y a pas de fruits dommage. Pain pain de mie viennoiseries fromage blanc confiture miel céréales jambon blanc de poulet fromage beurre et œufs. Café à volonté toute la journée ce qui est un +.

Tout à fait correct et bon petit dej Problème à l'arrivée (après 21h), j'avais prévenu. Je n'avais pas le code pour la porte d'entrée. J'ai pu rentrer avec d'autres personnes mais je n'arrivai toujours pas à avoir quelqu'un pour pouvoir récupérer mes clés: ça sonnait dans le vide. Enfin, on m'a indiqué au tel comment récupérer mon enveloppe Encore problème, le chauffage n'avait pas été mis en route et il ne faisait bon que le lendemain matin J'ai signalé aussi que le frigo ne marchait pas A part ça, tout allait bien

Employees were very nice. Unfortunately we had two single beds that were pushed together and they never stayed together. Horrible for a couple to sleep on.

Style d'hébergement que l'on rechercher👍 Assez loin de transport en commun pour Paris. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c'est. Personnel sympa👍👍

Je ne recommande pas Hôtel trop cher pour la qualité proposée : chambre vétuste, literie médiocre, aucune prise électrique à côté du lit, une rénovation s’impose ! Seul point positif, l’accueil de la personne à la réception.

Formidable 2ème séjour et toujours aussi satisfaite : studio agréable, fonctionnel, environnement calme, un super petit jardin où on peut s'attabler pour un café ou travailler. Et un personnel au top, efficace, agréable, présent sans lourdeur. Je reviendrai très volontiers séjourner à l'Addagio access de Vanves

Horrible hotel. Buyer beware! Firstly, all of a sudden the taxes to be paid tripled. Then this hotel ran my bank card to pay a deposit. After getting into my room, the temperature maximum was 17⁰ celcius and no way to adjust the heat heat. Also, the toilet was broken and unable to flush for my two-night stay. I asked to change rooms but the person at the reception desk ignored me and told me it was not possible.

Bon rapport qualité prix Hotel bien situé . Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible. la chambre était propre , la literie confortable . Nous avions du choix au petit déjeuner . Je recommande cet apparthôtel , à très bientôt.
