Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Guest, We wish to apologize if we did not meet your expectations, please kindly allow us to give a better explanation here: The kip has lost 3 times its value since the COVID crisis. The banks are trying to play down the devaluation by offering exchange rates that are 20% lower than they actually are. Suppliers are now asking 24,000 kip for 1USD, while the bank is asking 21,000 kip. Therefore our exchange rate matches our operational reality further than that of the banks rate. We are sorry that this was not made clear to you and have led to this misunderstanding. We once again apologize that our maintenance service did not meet your expectations. We have relayed this issue to the according department to ensure that it won't happen again. We hope that we've addressed all your concerns.
