很不滿意 房間設施設備也很差

太偏僻沒飯店，備品太舊，晚上音樂不停

It is a very nice hotel, quiet and peaceful! The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like at home. Our room had access to the shared balcony which gives views to the pool and mountain. It was really magical to be by the pool at sunrise and sunset and witness the hot air balloons with the mountains in the background. The pool is accessible 24h. The hotel is renting scooter, which is convenient.

Booked 3 days but since the airport is 2 hour away from this place and need to make early check-out. Talked to the property and told early check out also trip.com. Never got a refund for 1 day. Pool and views are nice. Hotel rooms are not so clean, a lot of insects ants on the bed which is common in Laos. But bedsheet and ants are kind itchy hard to sleep. Be aware of renting scooter there, take a photo before rent! After return they ask extra money for scratches and dents which have been already on there!

새벽에 체크인이 된다는 블로그 글을 보고 갔는데 사람은 없고 벨이나 이런건 전혀 안보이고 아침까지 로비에서 쪽잠자다가 조식시간인데도 직원이 한명도 보이지 않아 테스크 앞에 혹시나 뭐가 없나 싶어서 살펴보던 중 명함하나 발견! 명함으로 전화하니 그제서야 숙소 어딘가에서 자고 있던 직원이 나와서 체크인했고 벌레도 많고 진짜 여태껏 가본 숙소중에 최악이었습니다. 조식도 최악. 다른 곳에 비해 그래도 가격을 조금 준 편인데 이럴 줄 알았으면 더 싼곳을 예약해서 가는게 나았을 것 같네요... 돈 주고 잠 못자고 씻는것도 못 씻고 조식도 제대로 못 먹고 최악의 숙소였습니다.

Went there last July 6-8, 2024. Nice pool, excellent view of the mountains and the hot air balloons. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

It’s a nice hotel with some nice views for the mountains, it’s very lay back what can also be a bad thing since the staff is very nice but doesn’t put much effort on to understand what you need. Clean and nice pool too.

裏鎮上過去好遠過去這家店，喊了10多分鐘才出來一個人 ，真心不推薦。

硬件還好，疏於打理，懶於運營。

離鬧市區遠，步行35分鐘，適合喜歡安靜的人。門口風景不錯，對着山。就是感覺被褥不乾淨，一打開一衹蝸牛趴在枕頭上

設施：設施基本完善！窗外風景很不錯！ 服務：早餐是雞蛋麪包➕速溶咖啡 衞生：不是很乾凈！很久沒有人入住的感覺！一層灰塵！有蜘蛛網！和圖片有差距
