Rustic chalet "Ancienne Bergerie", 1'900 m a.s.l., from the 17th century, renovated in 2015. 5 km from the centre of Valtournenche, 15 km from the centre of Breuil Cervinia, 25 km from the centre of Chatillon/Saint Vincent, in a secluded position on a slope. For shared use: property, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, in winter 200 m. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bar 1.6 km, bus stop "Valtournenche" 5 km, railway station "Chatillon" 25 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 7 km, slopes 3.5 km. Hiking paths: Alta Via n°1 della Valle d´Aosta 50 m. In winter, snow boots, backpack and winter sports clothing are recommended. We spent our hiking holiday here. The area is fantastic. You can start several hikes from the house. The view is breathtaking. The flat is very cosy and clean. The only problem was the fridge which was much too small. It is 5 km in serpentines to the next
