Cervino - VRetreats, SLH Collection

The hotel provided exceptional facilities and a great, efficient, responsive service for minibus access and pick-ups to and from the village centre and their ski lifts. During our stay we experienced some of the best customer service from staff, where no request was too much effort. Many elements of the hotel's service were a delightful surprise, from porters & drivers to restaurant staff, including a surprise Birthday cake delivered to our room for our 12 year old's Birthday and protecting a car window from rain and snow left open by mistake by us. A delightful stay with great thanks to all the fantastic staff.

This winter, for the second time, we chose VRetreats Cervino for our mountain holiday—and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The peaceful location, breathtaking view of the Cervino, and the exceptional courtesy of the staff truly make this place special. The shuttle service to the town center and ski lifts is super convenient, and all the drivers are incredibly kind and professional. Breakfast is a real treat, with top-quality products and a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. We dined at both the Panorama restaurant—perfectly named, as it feels like you’re suspended over the snowy landscape—and the Aosta Valley restaurant. In both, the food was excellent, dishes beautifully presented, and the service impeccable. Our room was bright, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The spa was absolutely amazing. I treated myself to several massages after skiing, and it made a huge difference—relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. We also had a couple’s massage, and the therapists were both skilled and lovely. Special thanks to Agustin at the reception—always helpful and kind—and to Enrico at the ski rental. These two went above and beyond and made our stay even better. VRetreats Cervinia continues to impress us. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a lovely hotel. Staff so genuinely friendly and nice. Rooms spotless and luxurious. Spa is amazing and so welcome after skiing all day. You only need to contact them on WhatsApp and the free shuttle bus collects you from (or drops you off) at the gondola or town centre. A wonderful hotel.

Our stay at V Retreats Cervino couldn't have been better. It is an amazing place to stay if you are skiing as it has a wonderful spa at the end of the day to relax in and take away the aches and pains. The hotel is stylish, clean and comfortable with incredible views of the Matterhorn as you eat a delicious breakfast. What really made the hotel stand out for us was the kindness of the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. From the reception staff, the drivers, spa and restaurant they were all so professional but friendly. Having the minibus transfers to drop us at the slopes, picking us up at the end of the day and taking us back into town in the evening was such a bonus for our stay. Really was such a lovely holiday. Definitely 10 out of 10.

cervinia ski resort Overall very good stay, few things were annoying - such as the barman didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the restaurant staff's English was quite poor. Otherwise very good resort and great location.

Great place for skiing with a family. Spa sometimes can be busy but was managed well by booking it in advance.
