Dormio Resort les Portes du Mont Blanc

We’ve been to this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it. That’s why we returned this year. The place is nice, good parking, close to the train, nice pool, nice view, clean. But this time the furniture was no longer in good condition: bed was broken, the couch also had a problem - was difficult to sleep, the chairs looked bad even if they had a cover. And it wasn’t only in our room as our friends had the same in their apartment. That’s a pitty as the property is great.

Staff very helpful and friendly!

Short walk from train to hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Check-in required deposit which was returned after room inspection by check-out staff. No breakfast available as onsite restaurant was closed for season; one very good option for dinner nearby.

La belle endormie ! Hotel bien placé. Personnel aimable ! Par contre restaurant ouvert au petit bonheur la chance. Bar fermé à 20h30 /21h00 Peu d'ambiance ! Jacuzzi sans bulles ! Ascenceur ne fonctionnant pas la nuit ?? Donc aucun service !

Die Unterkunft ist gut, Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich sind in Ordnung. Frühstück wäre toll gewesen Im Ort selbst gibt es keine Möglichkeit einzukaufen, es gibt nur eine kleine Bäckerei

We stayed at this place from 29th September to 2nd October. The restaurant is closed and the gym doesn’t even have a treadmill.Very outdated.The property itself is eerie. When checking in they let you know the things that you need to clean up when you check out like taking out the garbage.taking out bed linen,cleaning kitchen pots and pans etc.They take deposit from you for the same.We did all of that when checking out. So on the day of checking out the reception females told us we had to vaccum the flat.We did that as well.There were two females at the reception one with short hair and one with long hair.They were extremely rude and unfriendly.The short hair one kept repeating “you signed the document “!! They told us the bathrooms needed to be cleaned??! They never mentioned anything in the list about cleaning washrooms.When I asked that all this was never mentioned the reception female had the audacity to say we keep seeing these things everyday and your washrooms were very dirty.Do they expect the guests to even clean washrooms???? What are we even paying for then??? The RUDEST staff ever. We stayed at Dormio property in obertraun,Austria. We just took out trash there and cleaned the kitchen.The staff were polite too.That is the reason we wanted to book this property. But here Very Rude and arrogant. Go learn some manners and hospitality.
