Chiusura finestre arrugginite Finestre e balconi senza zanzariere, non è stato possibile tenerli aperti Ascensore non funzionante, l'alloggio era al quarto piano.

Appartment was a great size and and was well stocked. The Air Conditioner only cooled the Living Room and there were no vents in the bedrooms, although there were portable units in the bedrooms the owner refused to provide the remotes, rooms eventually cooled to an acceptable temperature on our 3rd night :( They did provide fans which helped but this should not have even been an issue. Elevator does not work at the time of our stay, made for an interesting climb up narrow stairs with suitcases. Major construction outside the windows, lots of power tools and banging early in the mornings, not the properties fault. The Apartment was well stocked and beds are comfortable, there is a washer and dryer combo which is a nice touch.

Nice apartment that was perfect for our needs. The only drawback was the major construction that was underway in the plaza across the street with the noise of heavy equipment being quite disruptive while trying to relax on vacation. We were there for 2 weeks and the construction lasted all day each weekday. It appeared they had at least another 2 to 3 weeks of roadwork ahead. I was told that the property managers have no control over the construction (and don’t disagree) but it would have been good to know in advance and had the option to look for alternative arrangements.

Appartement en plein centre de La Valette et donc tout proche de tous les lieux à visiter et où on peut aller à pied, et sur une jolie placette très calme. Immeuble et appartement entièrement rénovés et en parfait état. Nous étions 4 adultes et avons opté pour l’appartement avec 2 chambres au deuxième étage (sans ascenseur). La seconde chambre est à l’étage accessible par un escalier en colimaçon assez raide et étroit mais avec sa salle bains. Literies de bonne qualité. Cuisine bien équipée. Décoration assez impersonnelle. Accès à l’immeuble et à l’appartement par digicode. Pas de parking et difficile de se garer aux environs et de circuler dans la Valette. Donc, petit conseil: ne pas venir en voiture; nous avions pour notre part loué un véhicule à l'aéroport, récupéré ultérieurement et rejoint en taxi (très peu cher) - je recommande ecab. Bien prévenir de l’heure d’arrivée car le représentant du propriétaire se déplace sur rdv… sans vraiment préciser le lieu de rendez vous; nous l’avons attendu une quinzaine de minutes sur la place.

Apartament na 4 p bez windy, w środku podstawowe wyposażenie , lekko zużyte, pilot di dużego klimatyzatora został zabrany , w apartamencie było z 50 stopni ciepła , można było uruchomić tylko jeden mały klimatyzator w sypialni , ale za mały aby schłodzić apartament do przyjemnej temperatury
