Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel

This is in a quiet area, and walkable to many things. The staff are very friendly, gave great recommendations. Rooms were spacious (almost too big). Only had breakfast one day as we went to Chichen Itza and needed an early start to get there before the crowds. (Also recommend going to Ek Balam if you like ruins, they're quieter and a bit less pricy) Pool was good, though a little colder than I expected. Would most definitely stay here again!

We loved, loved, loved this place! Want a homey type feel? This is the place. It is a very chic boutique hotel. Super cute with the sweetest staff. We escaped our large resort in Akumal to come here for 24 hours. Hopped on an extraordinarily expensive taxi to Tulum and then took the ADO all the way. Bus station is a few blocks from the hotel. The rooms are very well done, spacious, nice bathroom with hot water for showers. Great A/C and it took no time for the fridge to cool down for usage. It was super quiet and we had an amazing sleep. The customer service was spot on. They called for cabs or restaurant reservations on our behalf. The pool is cold, which is what you want when it's hot outside. We didn't try the bubble pool. The location is okay, but you will have to walk to get to the main area's of interest in Valladolid. We felt safe walking around the city, even at night and the staff told us it was safe to do so as well. If only this was by the beach, ha ha. Things to improve: have labels on the toiletries in the beautiful shower area and maybe a shower cap. Other than that, it was perfect! Wish we could get a flight straight to Valladolid, we would come back over and over.

We had such a great experience here. The staff are VERY friendly and kind. We had a lot of nice chats with the young man who worked in the afternoon at the front desk (forgot to get his name unfortunately!) Both him and another staff provided recommendations to restaurants and activities. They also arranged a taxi to take us around which was very helpful. The hotel room was clean and quite big. AC worked great which was necessary in the 40 degree heat. The pool was essential and we used it multiple times a day. Breakfast included just two complimentary choices that you selected the night before but they were good and they also had additional items if you wanted to pay extra. It’s a very small hotel so it was quiet and comfortable. It seems they are adding on as there was construction going on. The hotel is on the end of a dead end street, it’s not the most appealing area to the eyes but safety was no issue at all. Would stay here again!

Très bel hôtel avec deux piscines, chambre très très spacieuse, équipée d’un frigo. Bâtiment en cours de construction face au bâtiment principal. Un peu loin du centre de valladolid mais restaurant et supermarché à proximité. Quelque peu dommage que lorsque le petit déjeuner est compris on ne nous propose pas un panier repas quand on part tôt pour les visites des sites, car sur les deux jours nous n’avons pas petit déjeuner !

L'accoglienza di Annita è stata la prima cosa positiva del posto, sorridente e premurosa, ci ha spiegato tante cose. Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità del piccolo hotel, ci sono solo 6 camere e questo rende il tutto più speciale. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa. Il bagno anche lui molto spazioso con una grande doccia fornita di shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Bellissimo il giardino esterno con le due piscine. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Buona anche la colazione, curata e con ottimi ingredienti, tutto in una pace lontano dal caos della città.
