Only staying for one night, and the disappointment started with check-in. We had checked in online the day before we arrived, on their app, for a first-floor room. When we get there, the app shows us in a different room, on the fourth floor, and the clerk says, "Well, that room must not have been available." We asked why did it show us it and let us choose it? No answer from her, just "It's not available now." She was able to put us in another first-floor room. The room was terrible. Dust caked the air filter of the air conditioner/heater. Dust on multiple picture frames. One of our towels had a hole in it. Mold was in areas throughout the bathroom and on the showerhead. Hair and something was on the side of the toilet. The bathtub faucet wasn't flush with the wall. They tried to fix it with a lot of caulking, but it didn't work. And there was a big layer of mold behind it. The batteries in the clock were so old they were corroded. On check-out, we brought up our concerns about the conditions of the room to the front desk clerk. Our perception of her was she didn't even care about how we felt and our complaints about the room. She just said she wasn't going to argue with us. Long story short, we won't be staying here again
