It is 10 km from Villefranche de Rouergue, in the small hamlet of Mayrinhac, where you can enjoy your holidays in peace. The house is spacious, bright and well exposed with its wooded grounds.
You can take full advantage of the swimming pool, exclusively reserved for the occupants of the house, as well as a table tennis table.
Many hiking trails from the house will allow you to discover beautiful Aveyronnais landscapes. To savor the pleasures in the river, conoé ... the house is ideally located between the gorges of Aveyron and the Lot Valley. Many local markets with local producers, walks, visits to the most beautiful villages in France ....
The house is about 150 m², and it consists of a large living room with fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with sofa bed, (which can be used as an additional living room), 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. .

La maison idéale pour des vacances en famille! Nous étions 6, 4 adultes, une ado et un enfant, à chacun son espace de nuit et les 2 salles de bain n'étaient pas de trop!! Maison propre et bien équipée, conforme à la description, et qui garde la fraîcheur par temps chauds (jusqu'à 40 degrés durant notre séjour). Un extérieur cloturé idéal pour notre chien. La piscine était également bienvenue pour se rafraîchir ! Un accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, un hôte disponible, et une région riche de visites (Najac, saint Cirq Lapopie, Bouzies, Saint Antonin, Figeac, les grottes de Foissac, L'abbaye de Loc Dieu...) proches de la maison idéalement située. De beaux souvenirs !!

Séjour au calme
Séjour très agréable, le logement correspond en tout point à l'annonce, les propriétaires avaient mis le chauffage ( car météo un peu fraîche en ce début mai), couple très agréable et à l'écoute!!On recommande !

Très bon séjour
Gîte très confortable et idéal pour famille nombreuses. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prévenant. Tout s'est déroulé parfaitement.

Zalig genoten
Het vakantiehuis is Vailhourles was voor ons perfect! Vooral netheid vinden we belangrijk en dat was het zeker. Ruim voldoende bestek, borden, glazen, ... aanwezig. De tuin is goed ingedeeld, met een gedeelte aan het zwembad en een zitgedeelte voor het ontbijt en avondeten. Voldoende schaduw, ook aan het zwembad. Het water was koud, maar verfrissend bij hete zomerdagen. Na 1 berichtje (omdat het water wat troebel werd) stond Laurent na een uurtje al aan het huisje om het zwembad water te controleren en chloor toe te voegen. Rustige omgeving en een mooie streek met toch leuke wandelingen en gezellige stadjes in de buurt. Een aanrader!

Gite magnifiquement situé pour profiter de toutes les richesses de l’Aveyron et très bien équipé.
Laurent est un hôte charmant, disponible, et de bons conseils.

excellente situation
Laurent est très accueillant, sa région est superbe. De nombreux sites touristiques exceptionnels sont à proximité (moins de 40 min): Belcastel, Najac, Peyrusse-Le-Roc. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci!

hébergement adultes/enfants
très joli gîte, propre et bien entretenu, très bon contact avec l'hôte, agréable, de bon service. Accueil professionnel.
un seul bémol pour ce très joli gîte : la chambre n°4 ne devrait pas proposer trois lits d'une "personne" car il n'y a plus de place pour bouger ni pour accéder au placard. Un seul des trois matelas est correct pour des adultes. Les deux autres peuvent, à la rigueur, servir pour des enfants jusqu'à 12 ans.Cette chambre ne devrait contenir que deux lits.

Très bon séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année
Le logement est vraiment confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Notamment le matériel de cuisine est vraiment complet ! Du jamais vu en plusieurs années de location. L’accueil était vraiment sympathique et nous avons pu rester jusqu'en début d’après-midi le jour du départ, ce qui était bien agréable. Je recommande sans réserve.
