"Very irritating experience! The hotel door opens outwards and is not protected by a lock or chain. It is unlocked by entering a password. As long as the password is entered correctly, the door can be opened directly because there is no lock! When we checked in, we saw someone sneaking around outside the room. He watched us open the door before leaving! Living with two people is very insecure! ! ! Not recommended to stay! ! !"

Kabinillamme oli täydellinen näkymät kiinni pohjoisvalot me kirjaimellisesti katsoimme juuri ulos ikkunasta ja siellä he olivat, tanssivat yläpuolellamme. Puhdas taika. Kabini itse oli spotless ja tuntui todella mukavalta. Yksi lämmittimistä ei toiminut ensin, mutta tiimi tuli ja lajitteli sen välittömästi, mitä todella arvostin. Nopea, ystävällinen palvelu tekee kaiken eron, varsinkin kylmä! Yleensä, kaunis jäädä. Olisin onnellinen palata sydämen lyöntiin."

"Negative Review | A Terrible Stay Experience I stayed two nights, and the overall experience was extremely poor. First, hot water issues. The first night, I discovered there was absolutely no hot water. In such cold weather, even washing up required cold water, making the experience extremely unpleasant. Second, the shower facilities were severely damaged. After finally getting hot water, I was about to shower when I turned it on to find the shower head had broken, spraying water everywhere, making it completely unusable. 🫠 Third, toiletries were missing. After barely managing to start showering, I discovered that the shower gel and shampoo were empty; they hadn't checked and replenished them beforehand. 👍 Fourth, the hair dryer was unusable. After washing my hair, I tried to dry it, but the hair dryer only worked for 5 seconds before shutting off. The next day, I got a replacement with the same problem, only to later discover that the hair dryer's wattage was incompatible with the hotel's; it only worked on a low setting. 😅 Although customer service followed up throughout, the hotel's maintenance and problem-solving efficiency was extremely low. One problem after another severely impacted my stay and completely ruined my mood. Oh, and remember to clean everything afterwards! 🤭🤭 Not recommended for stay!!!"
