Really bad Taj experience. This was by far the worst Taj experience I ever had. Infact from the moment we checked to right till the breakfast there were massive gaps. The Asian restaurant KAI was a complete disaster. I guess Taj should definitely revamp the infra & the kitchen for this property.

My stay at Taj Vivanta Vadodara was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the thoughtfulness and warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. In the restaurant, Mr. Pradeep Negi, Mr. Tanaji, Ms. Neelima, Mr. Sunil, and Chef Anna went above and beyond to ensure our food preferences were perfectly catered to. I especially loved starting my day with the ginger concoction. Mr. Yagnesh, the flute player, created a magical ambiance that added to the experience. At the entrance, the security and valet staff—Ms. Aiyesha, Ms. Gita, Mr. Uday, and Mr. Prabhakar—always welcomed us with broad smiles, making the hotel feel like a second home. At the reception, Mr. Gopal and Ms. Priyanka were instrumental in helping us plan day trips to nearby attractions, allowing us to make the most of our visit. The housekeeping team, including Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Bhaskar, greeted me warmly every time I left my room, always wishing me a wonderful day with a cheerful smile. Overall, it was a heartwarming experience, and I look forward to returning. I’ll certainly be recommending Taj Vivanta Vadodara to friends and family.

The room provided though upgraded was substandard. The washroom door was malfunctioning most of the times and even the tap handles were a bit hard to manoeuver. The staff was very cooperative and the dining assistants were also always on toes to make dining experience grand.
