Atendimento primoroso dos meninos, Alessandro, Antonio e Jacomo. Café da manhã incrível, especialmente o corneto. Localização excelente pra descanso, mas precisa ter carro. Se tiver, fica muito perto de Catania, do aeroporto e das cidades famosas como Taormina e Siracusa.

Location carina, tranquilla ma isolata. Camere pulite ma un po' datate e poco confortevoli: letto con materasso "incurvato" e scomodo, climatizzatore molto rumoroso (conviene spegnerlo e sudare) e scarico del bagno fa un rumore duratoro (non conviene andar in bagno di notte). Il personale è gentile e cortese ma, forse, alle prime armi. Bar con prezzi alti non giustificabili sopratutto per alcuni prodotti (gelati) da discount. Colazione buona ed abbondante se arrivi presto, altrimenti devi aspettare la pulizia dei tavoli che non è celere. Pranzo e cena con poca scelta e rapporto quantità /qualità /prezzo alto.... provato ed eviterei. La piscina è comoda (anche se andrebbe pulita meglio) ed attrezzata con sedie e sdraio che andrebbero riparate/sostituite. Bella e comoda la spiaggia non attrrezzata (giustamente! ) a due passi. In conclusione, la struttura è carina ed immersa nel verde, meriterebbe di più per ambire a risultati soddisfacenti.

Ottima struttura, staff molto disponibile e cordiale. La consiglio vivamente! Accesso al mare diretto tramite un sentiero, spiaggia immensa e non affollata. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità. Bellissima camera confortevole!

Struttura molto accogliente, Ignazio, Alessandro e tutto lo staff sono più che disponibili e simpatici. Il ristorante è molto valido, piatti buoni e ben presentati, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale di sala cordiale e preparato. La colazione spazia dal dolce al salato, c'è n'é per tutti i gusti!. La location è tranquilla e rilassante, ben ubicata rispetto alla spiaggia (vicinissima) e alle diverse mete da visitare. La consigliamo a tutti!

This place is perfect is you want to truly escape the rat race, the staff & surroundings within the hotel are lovely. However, you are very far away from anything & if you’re not too keen on renting a car & driving the busy roads then you are very restricted on what you can do, a taxi to Catania centre organised by reception is €35 one way which if you do a few times soon adds up to a lot of money. There’s no shops or cafes or bars nearby, the surrounding area is full of derelict properties & land which locals seem to use as a dumping ground for rubbish. The menu is very small, there are no other restaurants around so you are stuck eating at the hotel, there’s minimal pasta dishes & nothing like the famous Sicilian arancini for a small snack, everything is very bread orientated. The walls in the rooms are like paper, you can hear EVERYTHING from next door including when they go to the toilet or if they snore!!! The orange groves to the beach are nice, but beware the hissing duck who seemingly doesn’t like people! The beach is nice but full of litter sadly. The pool could do with a good clean, green algae around the tiles & flies floating on the water. Some of the sun beds are broken & could do with cushions as very uncomfortable if you want to lie in the sun. Like I say, the staff are lovely & the place could be amazing as some sort of yoga retreat. The hot water in the shower was minimal & our room had a whole kitchen but nothing to cook with, although the nearest supermarket would be miles away anyway. Tip - don’t get a taxi from the rank at the airport, organise a transfer with the hotel or you will get stung by a meter charge which equates to nearly €100 for a 20 minute journey, it’s an absolute disgrace those taxi drivers get away with charging that & it started our holiday, which we worked very hard for, with a sour taste in our mouth.

Maybe just because it’s the start of the season (massive benefit of the doubt) but it was a little bit shabby, although kids were happy with playground and pool. Service was a little slow to begin with but improved. The food was very mediocre, not what you would expect in Sicily. Also we had a gluten allergy in our group and they clearly cross-contaminated as the person was ill and throwing up within a couple of hours. Bearing in mind we had emailed them before hand and said it several times in the day. Would advise to avoid if you have an allergy. Beach was pleasant enough, the coffee and food wasn’t. Would say okay for drinks and to keep the kids busy but don’t bother with the food.
