"Meillä oli ensimmäinen oleskelu niin paljon, että odotimme palata ja mikään ei ollut vähemmän kuin täydellinen. Hyvin lämpimästi tervetullut henkilöstön, ja ehdottomasti erinomainen henkilökohtainen palvelu. Huone oli kaunis erillinen istuinhuone, upea kylpyhuone erillinen suihkuhuone. Aamiainen oli herkullinen. Valet pysäköinti tekee elämän hyvin helppoa, kuten täydellinen sijainti Uzèsen keskustassa. Rauhallinen, ylellinen oleskelu - ja emme voi odottaa palaavan."

"The hotel itself was very beautiful but my room, and from what I heard from other guests, they’re room was also gross with bugs everywhere. When we told the front desk there was an issue they grabbed bug spray and swept up the bugs we killed beforehand then they left us. Since there were so many bugs we needed a mop to clean them all. So the front desk cleaned one room and when me and my roommates told her there were bugs in the bathroom, shower room, and second bedroom she looked at us and said “No” and left. The first night when we ordered food; chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and a salad and most of it was cold in the center. The next day we went to the pool and it was dirty with dead bugs, leaves, and had no lifeguard."

Erinomainen mukava kirjasto. Aamiainen hyvin. Ainoastaan Bemol: kaikki rikas vesihuone eristetty huonosti huoneen toisella puolella jäätä ..."

"Hotelli on viehättävä ja hyvin sisustettu. Se on keskellä kaunis kaupunki Uzès joten odota kadulla melua erityisesti jos sinulla on ikkunan auki. Olemme häiritseneet moskiiton yöllä, mutta se ei ole syy hotellin. Auto on jätettävä julkiselle autoparkalle."

"Great "inn", beautifully restored old silk worm factory from 1800's. The female manager is terrific. She speaks English and has thought of everything to make us comfortable. Her breakfast is full of homemade and local items, and the birds are happily singing on the large grounds. Swimming pool, too!"
