Don't stay here. My husband and I booked this hotel for our last night in the UK back in September of 2024. Before I even booked it, I called them and said our flight gets in late, is that ok? They said yes, the flight was delayed so I called again and let them know we would be late. They said it was fine once again. I tried calling before leaving the airport but noone answered. We took a 40 pound cab ride there at night and noone was there. Every door was locked, the lights were out and it was raining. We had to pay for a 2nd cab back to a hotel by the airport. They never charged me so I assumed we were even. I just got charged for the hotel room we never stayed in this week in April of 2025. I tried to get assurances every step along the way and they lied to us and actually cost us almost 100 pounds in cab rides. We were looking forward to staying in a new part of the London area that we had never been to and instead were scammed.

Ideal for airport Stayed here for a night with family before flying from Heathrow the following morning. No problems with room , enough room for the 4 of us and no issues with cleaning .

Overnight stay for Theatre Very welcoming and loverly accommodation in a great setting. Perfect for our trip to the theatre in Hayes. Enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant. No breakfast in the restaurant as doesn’t open until 12 but cereal, croissant, and yoghurt provided in the room which suited us.

Great little place, will happily visit again We booked the Honeymoon / Junior suite for 2 nights, it was lovely, just as the pictures showed. The view from the room was an uninterrupted view of the canal and was delightfully peaceful. You step straight out on to the edge of the canal and in to the garden of the pub, which is great to sit and enjoy the sun and passing barges, boats and wildlife. The food in the pub/ restaurant is very good and very reasonably priced. We happened to be there fore the hottest days of the year to date, so the lack of aircon was a bit of a shame, but the owners do go out of their way in setting up fans in rooms which are very welcome. Be mindful though, if you are booking for a Saturday night, the will be music playing loudly outside as the pub is a local hotspot, this does finish before midnight and you are warned by the owners in advance of your stay. We received and email regarding this and a follow up phone call.

Great cosy short stay Amazing place, room a bit cosy yet very clean and well maintained.
