We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—some of the nicest we’ve encountered. A major bonus is the hotel's location, right across from Uxbridge station, making it super convenient for travelers. The rooms are just the right size. We had four suitcases and were able to open them comfortably inside the room. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a big plus, and they offer daily room cleaning upon request. Another highlight was their flexibility—since we’re heading to Scotland, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommend staying here!

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful.

Always come back to this hotel, so close to the tube station which is convenient. Breakfast is always great, can never say no at this hotel, really sets you up for the day. The main reason I use here is the staff here, friendly, funny and attentive.

Great location with train station across the road. Room was clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I have experienced. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and efficient as it is all you can eat buffet. Will definitely be staying in the future and will be recommending to friends

Five Star, Fantastic stay, Ameenah was extremely helpful with everything, my room was nice and clean and warm, my breakfast was lovely there was plenty of choice. I will definitely stay again. I would also recommend to all my friends and family.

The room was clean (although the chairs could do with replacing), bed was comfy and I liked the shower, we had a problem with the bedding on first night, but Saaruja was brilliant and she got it sorted, breakfast was good, and all the staff we came into contact with were helpful and pleasant. Convenient for tube station and shopping centres. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is also in a great location if you want to stroll around as it’s in the town centre which was very convenient. Next time we will be staying here if we come back to the area! Well done management

Firstly it was very disappointing we were not allowed to check in just 30minutes before our check in time 15:00pm, if we wanted than we were asked to pay £10/- per hour for early check in but the checkout time is 12:00pm, 2 hours prior to check in, we had a reservations for 3nights the room alloted to us was tripping its temperature & the control for it was accessed by the receptionist after requesting also the room was chilling cold & also the shower was damage as well, we couldn't sleep for 1 night due to freezing cold the next day morning we requested again so the change the room but the other room also was a bit same, no cleaning of the entire rooms cleaning the bin or making the bed or change of towels, after requested for cleaning of the room still not done, at the reception the ladies staff was very rude, didn't expect this kind of rude welcoming on the arrival very disappointing & bad experience wouldn't recommend anyone for stay in here.
