Premier Inn Uttoxeter

We came when the restaurant was undergoing some renovations, but all sorts of complimentary extras were provided to compensate for the inconvenience, alongside recommendations for alternative places to eat. It was a joy to have a bath in the room, so often overlooked but the best way to end a busy day, with a warm soak, before snuggling up on the most comfortable of beds.  Through it all Becky was extraordinarily helpful, to make sure we were truly comfortable & had everything we needed.

A wonderful one night stay, due to visiting Alton towers. We checked in Monday night by Amy & Lou and they were phenomenal Thankyou! I lost my room key and was promptly issued another with a smile, which goes a long way! I stayed in a premier plus room which was clean and enjoyed all the added extras! Thanks again for a clean and enjoyable stay :)

Really pleasantly surprised by my stay at Premier Inn Uttoxeter. The room was a great size and the bed extremely comfortable! Air con always appreciated! There were plenty of car parking spaces available too which is always a positive. The restaurant seems to be closed at the moment but that didn't have an impact on my stay. I must give a big shout out to Louise and Amy on reception who were so lovely. Having a really warm welcome - especially after a long day of travelling - is much appreicated. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about the local area (I asked about decent restaurants nearby and somewhere to get a new charger!) and they just made me feel extremely welcome. That makes a huge difference! 5 stars!

We had an impromptu stay here when we had some trouble travelling home from a festival. Rebecca was at the front desk and could not have been more welcoming. She quickly got us checked in, and we really appreciated the room upgrade after such a bad journey. She really went the extra mile, with complementary orange juice as we were both a bit unwell. We had a well-needed relaxing night's sleep in our very comfortable, spacious, clean and modern room.

Comfy bed, soft bouncy pillows, fabulous shower that you don't want to get out of, friendly helpful staff that go out of their way for you. Just disappointed we didn't get to eat there as we would normally do, because they were having a refurbishment

Staying in this hotel tonight for the first time , I like to leave feedback on most of the hotels I stay in . This hotel is in a nice area of Uttoxeter the staff at the hotel reception were friendly the room was at a high standard as you would expect. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly which I like especially the young lady called Izzy she was very professional and couldn’t do enough for myself as well as the other customers for a young lady it was nice to see her enjoying going her job also big shout out for the other staff Becky seb and Dan just the same ,food was lovely overall great experience which is what you want when your doing a lot of travelling with work
