Take a flutter at Uttoxeter Racecourse, or a wild ride at Alton Towers. Step back in time at Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood, or explore the ruins of Croxden Abbey. After a busy day, head back for a tasty meal in our restaurant and unwind in your spacious room and extra-comfy bed. Please note, there is a service station and a lorry park next door, both of which operate around the clock.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Alton Towers with my family. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile in the restaurant to look after us. Would like to give a particular mention to staff member Becky who was so welcoming and great with the kids. Will definitely return and hope to see Becky again!

Uttoxeter is a pretty run down Premier Inn situated in a service station. We couldn't eat at the restaurant as they had one booking for 20 people, even though the restaurant was large. Room was small for a family room and the bathroom was shabby. Beds were comfortable and lady at reception was friendly. A charger was left behind in the room and staff, once we managed to get an answer on the phone, claimed it wasn't found which seems very unlikely.

We stayed at the Premier inn for 2 nights as it was very convenient for Alton Towers. Check in was quick and easy and we had a good sleep in our comfy beds. We booked the meal deal and had amazing service from the very friendly and efficient Seb and Alex who looked after us. The food was tasty and the potions were generous. We would definitely recommend and will return.

Really friendly staff went put of their way to make us feel welcome - shout out to Becky, Abbie and Seb. Clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. A good base for Alton Towers which is only 20mins away. Good value for money - would recommend.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite just being the two of them on the evening we stayed, Jordan and in particular Becky (who was reception, bar, waitress and manager that night), they dealt with everything efficiently and cheerfully. Would definitely stay again.

A very conveniently located hotel for our short stay in the area. Hotel doesn't look very attractive or appealing from the outside, in fact it looks rather shabby & grim. However, the staff were wonderful especially Lou on reception. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely spotless with plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was OK and there was a good choice. It was great to be able to order poached eggs to order. The public areas and the 'garden' areas need some TLC but overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect location to explore. Just what we needed after a long day at alton towers! Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and all within easy reach of alton towers. Plenty of amenities close by from restaurants to supermarkets. Not far from Burton on trent with a nice town centre aswell!

Premier plus is great, lovely room never knew it was an option definitely worth the extra cost Food was great Seb &Chloe was friendly even though they were very busy Can not fault the service or the food The food is always very good I have been eating there for 2 weeks now

Large, very quiet room with a very comfortable supportive bed. We slept so well. The bonus of a bathtub being so deep and long for a hot bath. The breakfast was worth having for the variety at the buffet. Only negatives were the WiFi not connecting and the receptionist seemed in a mood, we weren't given a warm welcome. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly for breakfast.
