Areena Resort and Hotel Uttaradit arvostelua

Very disappointed with our stay here. We booked a twin room and it was very basic and definitely needed a makeover. No tea/coffee making facilities, no hair-dryer, two very shabby grey towels and a bathmat fit for the bin. Bathroom was scruffy. Advertised as having a balcony which it did, but it was not usable as there was a chicken wire net across it presumably to stop the birds roosting. Nowhere cmrestayrants close by...just a food court which wasn't great either. Breakfast. .orange squash and water, instant tea and coffee, rice soup and toast and jam. Butter for the toast was rationed out by the receptionist at one cube each and there was no suitable plates/ cutlery I suppose at £15 a night I shouldn't complain but we stayed at other places in Thailand at the same rate where facilities were so much better . The bed was clean and comfy so if you are just looking for an overnight bed it woukd do but not for longer stays
