"Minulla oli ihana oleskelu Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. Sijainti on voittamatonoikea Utrecht Central Station ja kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustaan, kauppoja, ja ravintoloita. Huone oli moderni, puhdas ja erittäin mukava, erinomainen äänisuoja huolimatta keskeisestä sijainnista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, ammattilainen ja aina halukas auttamaan. Check-in oli sileä, ja aamiainen tarjosi paljon tuoreita ja maukasta vaihtoehtoja. Erityisesti arvostin, että mukavuutta olla yhteydessä Hoog Catharijnen ostoskeskukseen samalla kun nautin edelleen hiljaisista ja rento oleskelu. Suosittelen tätä hotellia sekä liike- että vapaa-ajan matkustajille, jotka vierailevat Utrechtissä ja jään mielelläni takaisin."

"Beautiful newly renovated boutique hotel in a pretty residential neighbourhood. Very quiet area about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral, 10 minutes from railway museum. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. There is excellent tea and coffee available in the bar area and also in the bedroom which had a coffee pod machine as well as a kettle. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, the shower was large and the water was hot. The only negative comment is that the bathroom itself could do with a radiator as it was cold, we got round this by leaving the door to the ensuite open when it wasn't in use. This was a very minor thing that did not detract from our stay. If I am back in Utrecht I would definitely stay here again."

"Don’t go if you are in hurry or you hope to let your 17-months have sth for dinner. Ordered at 6.20 pm some bites because they are open until 11pm but the kitchen offers only bites (the sense of that?). At 7pm still nothing and my baby started to get hungry so I asked the waitress… she came back saying that it will take 12 minutes to have our bites… from that moment… 😳 + one of the one I ordered not available because it’s on the new menu… and when did you think telling me?? No excuse, no sorry… we decided to leave and they didn’t even offer the apple juice of my kid!! Horrible service!! They won’t see me and my family anymore."
