Trip was booked as I was meeting someone at the mooring of my boat nearby. excellent location, and had opportunity to play tennis an swim, I also took advantage of the beautician having a manicure ready for an interview... im extremely pleased with the stay, room 51 was perfect for my requirements room 47 was lovely for my daughter. I will stay there again.

Took my daughter to stay as a treat. Rang and checked she could use the gym and swimming facilties before I booked-when we got there she was refused the gym, sauna, jacuzzi as not 16. Spa managing said this was on website and in my confirmation it is not. Have emailed the manager and they are not responding.....

We held our Wedding at The Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and it was simply perfect. From the first moment we viewed the hotel we fell in love with it and the Wedding Coordinator is an absolute super star and made the planning in the run up to the day as well as the day itself exactly what we'd imagined. All of the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The spa was also lovely. Our room was massive and clean. We can't wait to stay again, this place will always hold special memories for us ❤️

We have been staying at Cwrt Bleddyn for 35 years and have seen many changes over the years but one thing has always remained constant- the welcome and friendliness of the staff. As I read some of the reviews it appears that I’m staying in a different place! Our room has always been spotless and today before we left we enjoyed the most delicious breakfast. Yes the place needs a bit of a tidy up and I feel sure the new owner will be onto it very soon. We thank everyone there for welcoming us and catering for our every need. AVOID. Room smells, bugs on window sil, carpets dirty, shower constantly dripping. Lady on reception was not welcoming and didn't know any answers to questions we were asking. Website says we have breakfast included but on arrived we had to pay extra £25. Not enough pasteries for all that came down for breakfast, so we went without. Didn't sleep well, floor boards above our room were VERY noisy so was the staircase. Creaky and noisy.

First of all the spa was good but the massage was excellent no fault there.. Now this is where It goes all wrong. 1)The room had a bad smell to it.2) on the website it says breakfast was included. We get to reception and they tell us no Evan tho we screenshotted the information so we paid an extra £25. 3) reception was rude and had no information when we asked,all we got was I don't know ( not good enough) 4)the next day we went to book our afternoon tea or lunch as it stats on THIER WEBSITE if U book a treatment (massage) we was told this was not included but their website stats It does. The sales manager came down saying that we can't have it so we wanted our money bk but once again she said no. We questioned Thier website with her but she refused to accept it or Evan have a look. Then she rolled her eyes at my partner this was unacceptable. My partner response was we r not leaving until we have our refund. Which she replied Il go and speak to the GM. After bout 30min the spa lady came to us saying that the GM will honour the deal that was on the website lol. To me id avoid this place spend Ur money else where. Ps it was atleast 5 more complaints before us lol

AVOID. Dirty hotel. Bugs in room, shower constantly dripping, carpets dirty, black mould in bathroom. Floor boards above our room were VERY loud. Did not get a good night's sleep. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff at the Spa did not want to honour what we paid for online. The website says we have lunch/afternoon tea with our treatment, BUT the sales manager was arguing with us and even rolled their eyes at us saying they do not provide this service. I showed them what we booked from their website and read the details from the description. The website has not changed as of today, so be careful what you buy (IF YOU DEAR TO). We were told we should have cancelled 7 days ago if we wanted to get a refund. However, we did not know until our arrival that they were not going to provide the service without an argument. THEY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO REFUND US. After sending us away, they later came to find us to offer lunch. Sandwich and crisps were stale. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The Afternoon Tea was excellent value for money. The room was bright & beautifully decorated. Food delicious. Staff pleasant & helpful. Ended our visit in the courtyard overlooking the beautiful hotel grounds. I’d heartily recommend a visit!

We arrived last night and checked into a dated room which smelt very strongly of smoke. We explained to reception that we could not stay in that room due to the very potent smoke smell. We were assured that we would be issued a refund and then left.
