The tastefully furnished guest apartment offers you a comfortable holiday destination and is located in the heart of the city of Usedom. All shops are located in the immediate vicinity (bakers, Aldi, Netto). A savings bank, Volksbank and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. The bus stop with the daily bus connections to the seaside resorts is 500 meters away. The golf course Balmer See is 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beaches about 30 minutes by car.
The 55 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-family house and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living, sleeping and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom. As Aufbettungsmöglichkeit is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4. Person. Ideal for 2 children. Also there is a LED TV SAT and a SONOS box. Wi-Fi access is available. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and towels. The exclusive kitchen consists of ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, separate fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (linen included) and a large closet. From there you have direct access to the private terrace (completion spring 2019). The spacious community garden can be shared, a barbecue is available there. Die Unterkunft ist super schön, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet...lässt keine Wünsche offen! Die Vermieterin und Familie sind sympatisch, offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden auch die Lage optimal für uns.... ruhig, aber Bäcker, Lebensmittel, gemütliche Gaststätte nahe bei, und nur 20 min mit Auto in die Seebäder... wir können und wollen uns nur lobend äußern.

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Ort gibt nicht viel her aber man kann ja mit dem Auto überall hinfahren.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet und die Küche komplett ausgestattet (hier hat wirklich nichts gefehlt!). Alles ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Parkplatz am Haus und ein Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Diverse Fahrradtouren können direkt von hier gestartet werden. Klare Empfehlung für weitere Aufenthalte auf Usedom, wenn man nicht ausschließlich am Strand liegen will.

Ideale Unterkunft im angenehm Ruhigen Usedom
Wer den Trubel direkt an der Ostseeküste nicht so mag, der findet hier eine wunderbare Bleibe im kleinen Städtchen Usedom.
Die Lage ist perfekt - nur ein paar Meter zum Marktplatz mit Bäcker und nicht viel weiter zum Hafen, wo man am frühen Abend klasse bei einem Getränk draußen sitzen kann. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich die Umgebung hervorragend erkunden und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Kaiserbädern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten, aber komplett renovierten, Haus in der "Stadt" Usedom und ist ebenfalls perfekt renoviert. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles ist da. Es gibt eine kleine Terasse, die immer Schatten hat, sodass man auch bei Sonnenschein draußen sitzen kann und der Garten mit Laube und Grill kann mit genutzt werden.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Ein Highlight war auf jeden Fall der gemeinsame Grillabend, zu dem wir eingeladen wurden.
Viel besser kann eine Ferienunterkunft gar nicht sein.

Top top Unterkunft
Super, diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach der hit, haben so eine Ausstattung selten gesehen (Gefrierschrank, Sauna, usw, ) Es war einfach alles da. Wir können sie hundertprozentig weiterempfelen.
Auch die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Stadt Oase sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Radtouren war für uns perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Unsere Vermieter waren super nett und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern und Nachbarn
Bei der Ankunft selbst war die Vermieterin nicht anwesend, dafür hat uns der nette Nachbar rumgeführt und eine schöne Badestelle am Achterwasser gezeigt. Die Vermieter wohnen über der Ferienwohnung, sind herzlich und man hat sich zu jeder Zeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Beste - Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ohne Aufpreis gestellt und muss man nicht selbst mitbringen, so wie wir es von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewöhnt sind.

Tolle Vermietung
Besten Dank für schöne und entspannte Tage bei Bettina Kaiser und ihrer Familie. Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr entspannten Kurzurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte und vor allem ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne und sehr guten Gewissens weiter und hoffen auf eine Wiederholung des Besuches. Beste Grüße und alles Gute, Melanie Reimann
