Wifala Harmony Hotel

It was an interesting looking hotel, very beautiful, spacious, clean, very friendly staff. We loved our stay there. Breakfast was amazing and fresh.

Pésimo servicio, ofrecen desayuno desde las 6 am y luego cuando confirmas que requieres el desayuno a las 6 am dicen q no pueden x q su chef recién llega a las 6 am y me informa que si quiero agua o leche a las 6 am me cobran adicional, su red WiFi es pésima

Cute, quirky hotel. My girlfriend and I decided to spend the night here before going to Aguas Calientes the next morning for our Machu Picchu trip because the hotel had a different look and we thought it’d be a nice experience. While the hotel definitely looked nice and the staff was great, our room wasn’t so great. We got the suite because of the hot tub and even though it was the most highest priced room in the hotel, it still wasn’t too expensive. However, we had issues with the room the whole time. First, the toilet had a problem flushing. And the shower head would spray water everywhere when you’d move it to hit you while sitting on the seat inside the shower. The floor got very wet before we decided to move the shower head back to its normal position. And lastly, there was an issue with the hot tub. The woman at the front desk came to our room and messed around with it a bit before turning off something that made a lot of noise. I believe the adjacent room complained about the noise the hot tub made. So when we used the hot tub we couldn’t even turn on the jets. For that I would’ve gotten the standard room instead of the suite. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and I give her a 10/10 rating. Big thanks to her! The food (dinner and breakfast) was very good!

Funky, quiet and excellent service and food. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable. Lunch and Dinner were innovative and reasonably priced. The only downside was the massage, which just lacked sufficient training despite a lot of effort

Una experiencia maravillosa. Desde las instalaciones hasta el personal con sus buenas vibras, hicieron la experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones repletas de atención al detalle, así como los servicios proveídos por el hotel, permitieron un descanso reparador. Todo el hotel parece salido de un cuento de hadas. Volveré en cuánto tenga oportunidad
