It's a 5-minute drive to the launch sites of the balloons."

"Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. We took a king superior room and had our own private small swimming pool and additional jacuzzi. The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website. "

The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. My friend English came to Kapadokia for the first time and wanted to live in the cave room experience, he was very pleased with his room. They also gave us information that would help us to travel, offered suitable and delicious places to eat. The hotel is also central and walking inside Uruguay. Ceyda Lady is very kind and relevant, I will prefer this again when I come to Uruguay."

"We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided in the room, while the mini-bar is chargeable. The hotel features several pools. There's an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor; the water is cold, but it's a real lifesaver on hot days. On the ground floor, you'll find an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, and Turkish bath – all free of charge. There's also a VIP area and paid spa treatments. We booked the room for two nights for less than 15,000 rubles. We found the best rate on Trip.com. They helped us carry our luggage to the room. Just a 5-minute walk across the road from the hotel is a fantastic viewpoint, and it's not crowded at all."

"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are also very interesting, outside there is a vineyard with grapes, wonderful... the view is beautiful, and very intimate... the staff there are very welcoming... the location is also very good, you can walk to the center... However, as for the meals, they left a lot to be desired, both for breakfast and dinner... If you arrive a little late, some dishes run out... Few options, and at breakfast there wasn't even scrambled eggs... The food was tasty but very little... if I were to repeat, there wouldn't be any more... Dessert was watermelon every day... ugh... none of the wonderful sweets that they had at the other hotel my group stayed at... I regret having chosen this hotel. They need to improve a lot in the gastronomy area... I own a travel agency and I certainly won't recommend this hotel... We paid $75 more for the experience, per night, but it wasn't worth it... I don't recommend it."
