Took the time to ask us what we had planned and helped to book all our tours and experiences and made suggestions on local hidden gems. They also upgraded our room for free for my wife’s 30th birthday with a lovely touch of fresh fruit and towel swans on the bed. Such a special cave hotel with amazing views and thoughtful service, cannot rate this place any higher!"

"It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling shower. The sheets and towels aren't changed, which is very strange."

The stone buildings cut into the hills blend effortlessly together It really is stunning It is quiet, apart from the occasional dog barking and the haunting call to prayer , of the Mu’adhin. Our suite was large. No. Huge. Lounge, with fire place and ‘fridge Double bedroom and massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath ( double). Hamam area and shower. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Special mention to Mr Bayram, the restaurant manager Lovely pool too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Very good! Our hot air balloon trip was cancelled, so we temporarily stayed in Cappadocia for an extra day. We were staying in nearby Dedeli before and booked this hotel temporarily. Except that the room was smaller than Dedeli, it was hygienic and similar to Dedeli in all aspects of the cave. There is also another hotel in the hotel. You can sit in the courtyard! And the price is beautiful! Especially the boss! He was very enthusiastic and even gave us a taste of his own pickled vegetables and syrup made from local grapes! It is highly recommended by friends who travel independently. It is very close to hot air ballooning the next day."

The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website. "

"We really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are provided in the room, while the mini-bar is chargeable. The hotel features several pools. There's an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor; the water is cold, but it's a real lifesaver on hot days. On the ground floor, you'll find an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, and Turkish bath – all free of charge. There's also a VIP area and paid spa treatments. We booked the room for two nights for less than 15,000 rubles. We found the best rate on Trip.com. They helped us carry our luggage to the room. Just a 5-minute walk across the road from the hotel is a fantastic viewpoint, and it's not crowded at all."

"Nestled in the busy part of the town, it looked dated, but fitted in well with the cave surroundings. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and had hot water running through the taps 24 hours. There was a Turkish bath place in the bathroom. There are 2 swimming pools, the restaurant sitting area is adequate- the food delicious and catered to Turkish cuisine. The WiFi signal was good. There were 2 good dogs there very cute and friendly. There are cave houses in the mountains nearby. These are not used for residence."
