Otel çalışanları ve otel sahibi oldukça tatlı insanlar da otelde kaldığım süre boyunca bizi çok hoş karşıladılar. Çok nazik ve ilgili insanlarda normalde iki gün kalacaktık beğendiğimiz için bir gece uzattık. Konum olaraktan bir çok yere yakın kahvaltısı güzeldi lezzetliydi menüde olmasa bile rica ettiğimiz için yaptılar. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Çarşaflarımız her gün değiştirdi tavsiye ederiz gittiğinizde memnun kalacağınız bir yer. Çatı katı için boyunuz 175 ve altı tercih edebilir 😊

This is a wonderful hotel run by very nice people and we enjoyed our stay at the end of October 2024. The location of the hotel is great because it is on a quiet street but you are a 5-minute walk from Urgup Town center. Where there are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all kinds of food places - that are open till late. The staff at the front desk was really nice and they helped us book a car and made all the travel arrangements for the pickup and drop off to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel is a typical Turkish breakfast which was quite a spread. That was bread, there was cucumbers and tomatoes, there was a cheese tray, boiled eggs, omelettes, a wide selection of honey and honey like dippings, tea, something else that looked and tasted like salsa and was really delicious, a daily special that I do not know how to describe but was always delicious. All in all the breakfast was a really nice experience for us. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the bathroom is also lovely. The bathroom was quite spacious and the standing shower stall itself was quite spacious. We loved our stay, we loved all the staff and the treatment we got (thank you Eray, Enis and Asad). And if we were to come back to Cappadocia we would stay here again.

Aja cappadocia gerçekten misafirlerini evinde hissettiren bir otel. İnternetten otel ararken tesadüfen buldum . Miraç by’in telefonda otel hakkındaki hızlı ve güzel anlatımlarla geri dönüşü sayesinde karar verdim. Kahvaltısı muhteşem. Sıcak içeceklerin ücretsiz oluşuda çok iyi. Temizliği mükemmel tekrar gelsek tercih ederiz.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms tastefully furnished in the period. Everything was so clean and well presented The staff were so very helpful. From booking trips and shuttles to the airport and booking anything extra we needed when we were there

This hotel is absolutely lovely family run business, but they run this hotel as home from home , it has very calm and relaxing atmosphere, rooms are very unique and rooms has different names . Their breakfast was the highlight of the day, most of what they served was all organic and delicious jams several different was all made by Serhat brother’s mum , she was adorable, I had the advantage of speaking Turkish so we had amazing conversations about our families. I have never been to a hotel and I felt home from home, and constantly asking if we would like tea coffee or anything we wanted and the Sibel & Ceylan and Eren exceptionally helpful. On the day we was leaving which was 5.30 am they have arranged take away breakfast for us which they had no obligation to do so. They also arranged airport pick up and our return again everything was done to perfection. I will absolutely recommend this quaint hotel to my friends and family

Eşim ve çocuklarımla çok güzel bir tatil geçirdi. Kaldığınız diğer otelleri unutun , otel ve odaların tasarımı, temizlik, personelin ilgisi, rehberlik hizmeti herşey mükemmeldi. Emsal teyzenin kahvaltıları ise dillere destan, sırf kahvaltı yapmak için bile gidilebilir. Taşgüzen ailesi olarak çok teşekkür ederiz. En kısa zaman da tekrar görüşmek üzere

Tamamen tesadüf, internet araştırmasına ve yorumlarına dayanarak gittik. Biz 5 aile 5 çocuk ile gittik yani toplamda 15 kişi idik. Otel tam bir aile işletmesi kendimizi evimizden 1 adım bile uzakta hissettirmediler. Hayatımda onca lüks konforlu otellere gittim ama ben böyle ilgi alaka sıcakkanlılık samimiyet hissetmedim. Çocuklarımızın yaşları 6/7 biraz gürültülü yapmış bile olabiliriz buna rağmen bize bırakın rahat etsinler diyerek bizi rahatlatan bir işletme. Daha yazacak çok olumlu şey var. Odalar tertemiz, kahvaltı harika sürekli içecek ikram ediyorlar. Kapadokya gidip başka asla bir otel bakmam. Ellerine emeklerine sağlık işletme sahiplerinin.

Hotel molto caratteristico e gradevole, quasi tutte le camere, molto spaziose, sono in grotta, quindi molto suggestive. Molto pulito, titolari gentilissimi e squisiti, colazione molto gradevole, tutto cucinato da loro, marmellate fatte in casa ottime. Due osservazioni: un po’ scarsa la frutta a colazione e in camera non c’è ne’ telefono ne’ citofono per comunicare con i titolari ; abbiamo avuto un piccolo infortunio notturno e abbiamo tribolato un po’ per trovare il titolare ( che comunque risiede nella struttura). A richiesta i titolari preparano la cena, che ci hanno riferito essere davvero molto buona! Lo consiglio
