Good location for going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. Situated connected to the mall and JR station is also convenient.

amazing hotel for its convenience, cleanliness especially travelling with a toddler. Location: maximum 10mins walking to Disneyland entrance Room: large space, no issues with 2 large + 2 small luggages to be open at the same time. Toilet is also very spacious, perfect to bathe children. Clean. Convenience: right opposite ikspiara with food court, restaurants, bakeries (to get breakfast during the queuing to the theme park). Hotel is attached to the JR station.

It’s right next to JR and made it so convenient . Walkable to the mall with restaurants and shop . Room can fit 4 beds and lighting control is nice. Great variety of amenities for pick up at lobby. Breakfast is simple but taste good .

結果としてはとても残念でした。 子供がイヤホンを部屋に忘れてチェックアウトしてしまいました。 枕元においていたのを覚えていたので、ホテルに連絡しましたが、ホテルからは、 「ホテル内で忘れたと言う客が多数いるが、結局ディズニーリゾート内で落としていたという人もいる、あなたもそうではないか」 「再接続は試したのか」 と言われました。 接続は何度も試しているけれど、最終位置はホテル内。 親が「忘れてるよ、持って出なさいよ」と言ったあと子供本人がそれを持って出るのを忘れた記憶もあります。 そこに無いということありえないので、清掃担当の方が善良な人ではなかったのかと諦めるしかありませんし、ホテルが従業員や関連会社の派遣社員をかばうのも致し方ないかもしれませんが、忘れ物をした客に対しそういう態度でいるホテルなのだと理解しました。 JRホテル全般に不信感です。 やはり、ホテルはホテルとして専門の所が良いと思いました。 しょせん本業の片手間なのかと感じました。 アメニティも部屋にありませんのでご注意を。 食事をするところも、ホテル内のサイゼリアのみです。　 ファミリールームにしましたが狭く、スーツケースを広げる場所はありません。 ホテルマンも3人しか見ませんでした。 普段はディズニーランドホテルに宿泊しますが、今回は急な計画でランホが取れず、翌日早朝にシャーウッドガーデンを利用するので、一番近いこのホテルにしましたが、二度と利用しません。

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Maihama JR station, also next to the Disney Resort Welcome Center. There is also Ikspiari nearby, and convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurant. Monorail is also easily accessible. Check in is using a self service kiosk, and the hotel staff was very kind to help us using it. Breakfast is buffet style at saizeriya restaurant near the hotel, and the buffet breakfast was very good. Other than these, I feel the service is minimal at the hotel. I made reservation online, but I guess I didn't enter my reservation in the most favorable way (to me) which made my room charge so high (over 72,000 yen, which is almost the price of the luxury hotels of disneyland for the same day). In the hotel website, I did select 2 adults + 2 little children + 1 infant without the need of bed, but the printout from the kiosk seems to have 4 adult meal vouchers. It was a bit difficult to talk with the hotel staff in English (although they are nice), and I didn't find out whether I entered my reservation correctly. But if you book a room there, please note the room charge varies with the number of people or adults, and the way you enter the info could affect the price a lot. The room was very clean. There is separate tub and shower area like other Japanese hotels which I like very much. There are 3 beds plus a smaller bed - I think all, or most if not all, rooms have this arrangement as I looked into the room as I walked by them during the checkout time. The beds can be moved (e.g. 2 beds putting together to form a larger bed). Good enough for our family of 5. While the beds are sufficient (for our family of 5), the room is a bit small to put luggage or to have a meal (small table / limited space). Check out was smooth. After checking out, we went to the very close Disney Resort Welcome Center to buy park tickets, and give our luggage there so the center helps deliver to our next hotel (Toy Story Hotel). I will consider this hotel again, if I don't need the happy entry for disney (e.g. if I played in tokyo disneyland the night before but going to somewhere else the next day).

舞浜駅高架の下でもほぼ振動、騒音がありませんでした。 靴を脱いで利用する室内は明るく清潔。 トイレ、洗面所、足を伸ばして入れるお風呂（洗い場付き）がそれぞれ独立しているのでファミリーでの利用にも最適だと思います。 各部屋に靴乾燥機があるのも、雨の日のパークを歩き回った後には嬉しい気遣いでした。 電源が十分あるのも良かったです。
