The breakfast was amazing. I didn't understand why the second night, there was a faulty carbon monoxide machinethat went off.i am not sure why we were asked to leave at 5 am by the front desk and we are very unhappy about that. I misquoted

We almost didn't stay in this hotel because of the negative reviews, but we took a chance because of its convenient location. We were able to take advantage of the evening "social hour," (Mon-Wed evenings) which included free beer, wine, and snacks. The gym was decent. Our room was very clean and quiet. The free breakfast was typical for a hotel in this price range. Overall we had a pleasant stay were glad that we stayed here.

Needed a place to stay overnight for an early appointment and this IHG location was conveniently off the major highways. Ample parking for a small trailer. Check in was quick and easy. I have been Diamond Elite, Platinum and now restarting as Gold and always receive the same attention and rewards recognition. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and a perfect start to the day.

I had a great stay with the hotel for the weekend. The rooms were speck clean and beautiful. The amenities were extremely helpful and made things easier for us. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options. Last but not the least, the staff was really cool and very welcoming.

So far so good. It's my first night so not sure if it will remain quite but it has been thus far. Room 207, corner room at end of hall. M-W happy hour of food and beer/wine. Woman working it was friendly. Front desk girl was helpful. Breakfast 630a that I plan to attend. Gym looks good-will try to use tomorrow. Has a jacuzzi. Pool is only outside from what I can tell. 5 stars if the ice machine made ice.

Stayed 2 times over more than a week combined. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and no issues. The bed was comfortable. Heat and air worked perfect. Felt very comfortable for long work trip. Would highly recommend. During the week it is a lot of business travelers. Which overall it was quiet, cordial friendly people. The weekend had families and such come through, but it was still quiet overall. It is in a convenient location with easy access to highway and food.

There’s mold in the bathroom. The bathroom sink has something globby stuck in the overflow hole that causes flies to come out every time you run water. The shower temp is warm but not hot. Breakfast is 6:30-9:30 but they’re never ready at 6:30 and they run out of yogurt and muffins before 9. On the last morning, they were out of yogurt by 7:15, if they had any at all. And out of muffins by 8:13. Social is 5:30-7 but they’re never ready at 5:30 and get snappy when you question where the food is. I like the place and they’re friendly, just not timely. The pool is lovely. Gym is good, but the temp is locked at 71° and it’s not cool enough when sweating. On that note, the room temp doesn’t go below 68° which made it a bit hot at night.

We stayed in two 1 bedroom suites with multiple children. There was ample room but rooms were dated. The armrest of a sofa bed in one room was ripped. The staff was very accommodating. The location is pretty good and it was quiet (while we were there). Their indoor pool was small, but was heated and very warm in the pool area. Our kids enjoy a snowy day swim!

I stayed here during my mom's surgery at a nearby hospital. The staff was super helpful in letting me check in early. The suite was very clean with a kitchen that enabled me to save money and time on eating out.
