Nice hotel and great room. Walking distance to train station. I was not happy with paying over 500.00 for our stay and then told to pay additional 27.00 per person for breakfast.( I declined to pay this amount) as I am not a big breakfast eater and walked to a local restaurant to obtain fresh pastries and breakfast for spouse and grown kids which was a much better value than the hotel. Husband wanted coffee and they told him in order to obtain coffee he had to pay for the breakfast to get the " courtesy/free coffee". Staff was nice as well

We keep coming back to this hotel. This time we had (again) a modern, nice and functional room. We especially enjoyed the higher ceiling and the large windows! The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night. These days the temperature dropped considerably and we felt very cold. So glad we were able to turn on the heating in the room! Thanks to the staff that is friendly as usual and made us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Makram Rezgani, were exceptional in making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I checked out in a hurry and left two items in my room, Makram Rezgani went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

Hotel grande a pochi chilometri dal centro di Monaco di Baviera. La mia camera era con bagno piccolino, ho chiesto se poteva essere cambiata poiché era mansardata e a mio avviso un po' piccola per quattro persone ma purtroppo non c' era disponibilità. Buono il parcheggio a pagamento e la colazione ricca e gustosa.

During my staying in your hotel I have to say everything the best about the kind staff, excellent food and clean room, cosy bed. Regards to waitress, a special regard to the Croatian waitress. I will recommend your hotel to everyone who wants to visit München.

The room was big and relatively clean. The humidity was high and that made me have a look at the windows: "fixed" with sticky tape. The bathroom: rust, cracks, stained towels. I contacted the staff for the room temperature which was partially fixed. My conclusion: never again!

Check in process was fast, after a long day at work with no hassle. Staff is welcoming. Room is comfy, great and clean. Breakfast has much variety and great options! Around 7-10mins walking distance from the nearest S bahn. Overall a great experience with holiday inn.

We booked this hotel through *********** and were looking for a room for the four of us. When we checked in at the reception, we were told that we have one king-size double bed for two, and the other two should sleep on the pull-out couch. We started to complain about that fact, and we were told that if that couch didn't suit us, we could return and that they would provide us with a new room with more suitable beds. After we were in the room and saw that the couch was very hard, we came back and asked them to give us another room. The same man (I thin he is the head of reception) who offered us a replacement after 5 minutes says that the room cannot be replaced??? We called a taxi because we were late at dinner and wanted to leave the car in front of the hotel, so we asked the reception if we could leave it for 3-4 hours and put it in the garage later. The same guy refused us with the reasoning that this is not allowed. So we must park our car in the garage for 12€ daily. For the next two days, two identical cars were parked in front whole time!!! Audi and Volkswagen. I don't know why we were treated like this, but someone in the hotel should deal with the reception (I mean the man who seems to me like the head of the reception; saw french flag on his badge). The room was clean, the maid did her job very well. Shower in the room was broken and it mixes cold and warm water even you are doing nothing.
