بودل الفاخرية يعتبر الافضل من حيث الموقع والنظافة والقيمة مقابل الخدمة. Boudl Fahkriaih is the best in Unizah and Gassim in genral in regards of value for money

Very nice hotel Very nice hotel Very good reception I like to thank the lady in reception I did not ask about her name she was good and helpfull and one guy in the evening shift he is very good All staff are nice Hotel is clean smell good

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo L'hotel ha le caratteristiche e le dotazioni delle strutture che costano di più. Sicuramente consigliato sotto ogni aspetto eccetto il ristorante, che sconsigliamo.

We had reserved and prepaid a One Bedroom Appartment with Agoda. On arrival at 1600 there was some confusion at reception. They said the room was not ready. After a wait of 15 minutes we got keys for a room. Only when entering room we realised it was a Standard room. No kitchen and no living room. I had to go down to reception to fomplain. They of course blamed ago. If they were overbooked, then the manager Ahmed should have told us before handing out keys and should have apologized. It seems he just hoped to cheat us and hoped we wouldnt realize the error. Agoda later reimbursed us 32 SAR, which is very little for not having kitchen and living room. The hotel itself was as described

اللوبي والاستقبال حلو، اخذنا شقة بغرفتين وكان في كم مشكلة. اولاً، لا يوجد ستارة على الشاور والموية تملأ ارض الحمام في حالة الاستحمام، الحمام يحتاج الى تجديد، ولا يوجد صابون وشامبو كافئ. بالنسبة للمطبخ، لا يوجد الا كوبين للشاي (علماً بأنها شقة لاربع أشخاص)، عدة الشاي غير متنوعة والكمية قليلة جداً. ايضاً فقط وجدنا علبتين ماء. بشكل عام، الاثاث والستائر قديمة ويحتاج الى تجديد. باب الشقة لا يفتح بسهولة والثلاجة انكسر بابها.
