Clean , beautiful and a great breakfast selection. Their restaurant is open 24/7 with a variety of options. Prime location spot on a street with lots of restaurants options to choose from.

A beautiful and modern hotel located in a great area, there's plenty to do in the hotel and alot of things to do I the area including huge shopping malls and many restaurants.

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well. I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

I was sorely disappointed in the hotel. Staff were unfriendly and they made me feel that I was bothering them for simple questions such as breakfast times. The housekeeper walked into my room without knocking. Parking was a nightmare too. The window lining had come lose and I had a loud whistling noise all night long. I complained about all this and I received an insincere apology. Although very nicely situated, I'd never stay here again! The staff member that helped me with my luggage and finding the correct parking was an amazing staff member. The only person I dealt with that was friendly.

My stay here was absolutely lovely! The staff are very attentive and extremely helpful and friendly! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Pearls. I would like to give a shout at to the Executive Chef Gerald, who went above and beyond to prepare delicious vegetarian dishes with his special touch. He was very hospitable and kind! I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Durban. Amazing service with a smile!

I stayed over at The Capital pearls just the other day as a get away from all the chaos, when I got there I wanted to check in early I couldn’t find a way to do so on the website, so I had gone to the hotel and spoken to the very friendly security by the door, he immediately assisted me and within the next 5 minutes I checked in and could go to my room, the feeling of privacy in the hotel was something I haven’t really felt in any other, to say I enjoyed my stay would be an understatement. All the staff were so friendly and so helpful and if you needed anything the assisted you without hesitation or hassles. Really recommend this hotel for any solo person trying to get away or a couple or even a family, really great service.

Always good to stay at the pearls. Good service. Quick action. Friendly staff always helpful. Beside a few challenges that were resolved so quickly by management
