Had reserved the modern cabin 3 months before arrival. When we arrived at the campsite, the reserved cabin was not available. The cabin was reserved on the campsite's own website, but the owner had no overview of what had been reserved. He blamed technical problems with the booking, but we cannot deal with that as customers. Since it was out of high season, they had available cabins, and accommodation was arranged. We got a significantly worse cabin but had to pay the same price. I'm glad this didn't happen in high season - then we would probably have been without accommodation. No apology from the owner - and no price reduction. Just a worse cabin. The same thing happened to 2 other families who arrived on the same day.
